Ok. Will X-Men hit $ 300,000,000 total with domestic, and overseas box offices this weekend ? I say yes.

Actually, since the Box office take this weekend DROPPED 66%, I'm guessing it's gonna be tough.

It has already done $310 worlwide this weekend added. BUT it will have hard time beating X2's overseas boxoffice.

And won't do more than $450 million worldwide which NOW looks like it will struggle to reach.

No it will easily reach 500 - 550. It still missing Japan a HUGE market. Its doing amazing in UK,Australia, France, Brazil, Mexico. This will make more money internationally than the other 2

Why is it that when a movie (usually action-esque) does poorly in the states, it does fairly/really well overseas? Are other countries more action oriented and the plot doesn't matter much?

Maybe they feel they've gotten all story and no action from the 1st two films and now it's fight time. That's how I felt.

Actually the X-men movies have never done more overseas that is what bugs me the most. It looks like overseas audience don't like x-men that much as say spider-man and fantastic four.
