I need to work out but I'm just so tired after class and stuff.
I always work out after class. :S
It sucks, but if you really press yourself, you can do it. Trust me, I'm not a runner, but it feels great to not get winded after a minute of running.
While I'm no fitness expert, I always start with Cardio, then weights / delts / other crap to workout lol
Damn.
Well, I have terrible stamina or whatever and I'm not even fat. I'm actually light as hell, but still slow. It's horrible, lol. I have no excuse, really.
