The Amazing Spider-Man 2 With Great Sequel Comes Great Lounging - Part 3

I don't know why, but the fighting games made by Netherrealm are the only ones I can play and enjoy. I played Street Fight IV and I didn't like it. Soul Calibru is kinda fun, but nothing amazing. Otherwise games like Tekken just don't interest me the slightest. I love Mortal Kombat (2011) and Injustice.

I love many of the main fighting titles. Marvel vs Capcom 3 is a blast (though bare bones. I might get UMvC3 one day). Super Street Fighter 4 takes a while to get into, but while you get the grip of that game it's addictingly fun! Tekken was for a very long time my favourite game series of all besides Battle for Middle-Earth, though I've grown a little tired of those games now they still remain great in my opinion. Soul Calibur is fun as well, though a bit slow if you ask me. Mortal Kombat (2011) is really fun, I love those X-ray attacks!

The only main fighting series I can't stand is the DoA one. I haven't played Injustice yet.

All the fights in MGS3 are glorious

The Fury is my personal favorite

He's also mine, even if it's the most stupid Cobra ("I went to space, and now I want to be a pyromaniac!").

It remembers me to the claustrophobia I had when fighting Vulcan Raven (with Gatling) for the first time in MGS1.

I remembered that the only fighting game in 2011 worth writing home about was King of Fighters XIII.... Mortal Kombat is a close runner up. While people were paying attention to trash like the rehash of Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Street Fighter 4 (both of which were already god awful games), people were content with games like King of Fighters XIII and Mortal Kombat (to a lesser extent).

King of Fighters XIII is pretty dull, it's kinda like KoF 1995 with new animation and paint job, and conversations between characters
A major downgrade after KoF2003, which is my favorite 2D KoF game, and I didn't play a KoF game between 2003 and XIII

Anyone here who's played Street Fighter x Tekken? Is it to recommend for someone like me who loves both SSFIV and Tekken? Looking at Youtube vids, it looks extremely cool to me.

I can't recommend it as I have not played it
I didn't even watch videos, the concept of mixing two very different gameplay styles in one game turns me off

How so? It was balanced unlike Marvel vs Capcom 3. And it was fast unlike Street Fighter 4.

If you're talking animation, I didn't say something bad about it
As a fan of the series, there is less I like about the game, it got lots of downgrades compared to KoF 2k3 in gameplay, and moves

MvC3 feels like a cheap downloadable game from the PSN, it never felt any different
SF IV is unimpressive

I don't own MvC3, but I won a tournament of it at a game convention lol
It seems fun, similar to MvC2. Also, it has Deadpool.

Ah, I see.

I beat Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

I'm nearly speechless. Kojima, you genius. You bloody beautiful genius!!!

It's just too bad that I don't share the same sentiment (MGS2, 4, and Rising pissed me off plenty thank you).

Why did they piss you off? The games have had plenty of frustrating moments that pissed me off, but overall, I love them.

Good for you. Wasn't much of a fan of 2 because.... Well, it's 2. Everything in that game makes as much sense as Evangelion. 4 was more movie than any other game in the series and that's saying a lot. Also, it had a bad story to go with it. Rising..... Do I have to say it? Lame writing and clunky gameplay isn't my cup of tea.

The only thing I didn't like about MGS4 was David Hayter's voice acting. It was painful to listen to. It makes sense storywise but I still think he overdid it, and they should have just got someone older to voice him in that game (like they did with [blackout]Big Boss at the end[/blackout])

It's four players, maybe we can get another. I don't know how you can possibly stealth through a game with four people though.

I hate co-op when it's story mode related, but god damn Peace Walker is a pain by yourself
