guys, I just had the worst experience

I have been overworking a little because I want some christmas extra cash, therefore I have been having a lot of stress. No idea if these are connected, but last night after I quit work for the day and went to sleep, I woke up this morning dizzy, barely breathing painfully and I was so nauseated that any movement messed me up even more

I drank some water and went to get some fresh air on my back porch, so I got better, but it was a kind of a scary experience

Sometimes stress makes your body do crazy things.Infact, majority of the illnesses come from bad stress. If I were you,I would take a break for few days.

Could be dehydration as well. Just a combination of things. Obviously you've been overworking yourself. Be careful. Stay healthy during the holidays

It's tough. I have the company Xmas party this Thursday, and my housewarming party this Saturday. I'm getting slightly congested due to the cold and a really painful canker sore appeared under my tongue. Great timing. #endrant

Maybe you should ask a doctor instead of strangers on a Spider-Man message board? Hope you are feeling okay, though!

thanks Aziz.:yay:
Your welcome
The name looks better like this

Nice to know you're feeling better now :)
How did you manage your nutrition yesterday?

found the discussion from early last year in the amazing spider-man 1 forum about the intimidating doorman clip. hahahaha, all these people defending the scene, saying stuff like "it feels more real" when it honestly was the worst thing ever.

even funnier is people saying the scene wasn't intended to be funny. haha! man, it really goes to show that even when something that is clearly terrible comes out, people will defend it.

worse is when people criticise the scene, they get told they were missing the point or a raimi fanboy or some other nonsense. ah, hindsight is awesome.

"The only real thing in that scene was the terribly ineffective stammering from Garfield and the half asleep dribble the doorman was telling him.

Like I've said this scene should stay on the cutting room floor. It was clearly going for situational humor and it missed the mark." - craigdbfan 2-20-2012

so wise. i take my hat off to you good sir.

"Show me what's in the bag or I won't let you in" is real
Or a doorman in New York doesn't care and lets anyone in?

I'm not a defender of it, and I don't want that scene in the movie, it just lengthens it too much
And it doesn't have Bruce Campbell's charisma, I don't like that

Sounds like you had a panic attack.
They're not a nice experience at all.

thanks, good holidays to you too bud!

haha maybe :D I just don't know if it's worth to go to a doctor for something that's most likely just a one time occurance

very true. I called to the office and got this day free

Nice to know you're feeling better now :)

yeap :) I actually tend to eat kinda badly because not only do I work but I'm also in a band, and we just started gigging, so I don't always have the time to eat 2 hot meals a day, and even then the stuff I eat is often junk food

It could be just a one time thing from stress or it could be a warning for something more serious. Dizziness, painful and slow breathing and nausea could be anything from some vertigo or a panic attack to possibly even an MI/heart attack. IMO, I would at least pass on the info of your experience to your medical doctor and let him/her make that decision. When was the last time you had a physical? That's just my opinion and I'm only trying to help you out but no one knows your body and medical history/family medical history better than you so ultimately it's your call. Hope you're feeling better. Stress is a pain so try to take some time and relax if you can and be healthy. Take care.

But it's so damn tasty and convenient.

^ words to live by
I just started my job and man does it feel good to go back to work finally in 2 years

I'm so sick of hearing people say "YOLO." So cliché at this point lol.
