Man Of Steel, #1 hands down.

A lot of the movies this year were forgettable.
I saw :
• The Great Gatsby (sucked, but Leo though haha)
• Iron Man 3 (eh that was fun)
• White House Down (too much Maggie Gyllenhaal talking her a$$ off. It's like shut up, I wanna see President Electro and Channing Tatum shoot more bad guys.)
• 2 Guns (love Denzel so had to see it. Better than WHD but nothing spectacular)
• Fast & Furious 6 (they're the FF movies, of course I enjoyed this. RIP Paul Walker)
• Pacific Rim (tried watching on blu-ray. That blew)

1,000th post!! Figured this was the place to do it :woot: Cheers Spidey fans

Star Trek Into Darkness was my favorite movie of 2013.

Well I've been on here for about 8-9 years so I'm sure you'll get there faster than I did lol

I'm glad we got the trailer and everything, though I'm already started to feel the effects of this next "mini drought." We won't get another trailer until March or so, though we will probably get some more posters and clips here and there. Let's just hope we don't get too much footage of the film before its release.

Cheers. 75x75 avvy now!

I know! So pumped :woot: Esp since I loved the Electro avvy I just got from the trailer so I couldn't wait to get a larger version ha

edit: now just 1,000 more for that 100x100.... hopefully the next 1,000 goes faster than the first lol

Won't be too much of a drought until the next trailer though. Poster and promo here and there I'm sure.

I feel ya... but honestly, that trailer was so awesome, that it was worth the wait, and seriously might be able to tide me over all the way until the movie. Now this is me talking now, there's prob a good chance I'll be fiending in a few weeks again tho :argh:

Haha. It should. Just don't look at your post count haha.

^ + Dan Mindel :yay:
Still haven't seen it though lol.

Dan Mindel?

I think Nicko meant the same writers and the same cinematographer between STID and ASM2.

^ Thanks man haha. Yeah my bad. Should've clarified that.
Camera flares are coming to Spider-Man?

Congratulations

Just watched it. Says it's supposed to "challenge"? the Marc Webb series? It looks like it's trying to be just that! Haha from the lead actor, to his wardrobe, and the font...

I don't think they are being completely serious when they say "challenge." I think the real word they should be using is "inspired" since the lead actor is a huge fan of Marc Webb's Spider-Man.

Camera flares are coming to Spider-Man?

Actually… there is a shot with lens flare somewhere in the trailer. In SevenWebHeads' trailer breakdown, there is a shot when he says, "Did JJ Abrams direct this?" or something like that lol :)

Watched the trailer now, counted 19 :funny:

So maybe JJ Abrams was the secret director and Marc Webb is just the red herring?

jk lol

Huh. Maybe they meant to type in "channel" not "challenge". Haha

So...

I just started reading "Superior Spider-Man". I'm getting sick of it. Literally. What they did to Peter (and his privacy with MJ) makes my stomach rumble.

Now, he's a pretty inteligent Spidey, I'll give you that.

Yeah those first few issues aren't bad. His devices and ideas are kinda cool. But once it starts getting to rikers?...I realized Peter is officially gone as of right now, no sign of him coming back. I thought Otto wanting to take over was boring..and I don't prefer my money being spent on this haha

Right now I love the thought I dropped Spider-Man post Amazing Spider-Man 700
Even more than I did before

I'm loving the superior spider-man it's been a fun and interesting ride.

Amazing Spider-Man 700 was a great point for me to jump off the wagon
I love a bunch of series, but I'd love to read them over and over again, the less the titles I have, the easier they are to sit through again
And I have a thing for reading all the comic belonging to one character I really enjoy
