Found this browsing Ratchet's blog (if you're a Hulk fan and you havent been there SHAME on you)...

With the Wolverine movie coming out...imagine a Hulk movie with The Leader, followed by a Hulk AND Wolvie movie with The Leader. Or just a short cameo by Logan in the next Hulk movie!

Doesnt mean they cant do a movie. If there's a way to make money, trust me profits can be shared.

If Marvel movies make a significant profit, they can actually re-acquire their own rights back from Fox. Chances are they'll probably go after Fantastic Four or Spider-Man next, because the franchises are dying down and the studios will be more anxious to sell the rights off.

As for Wolverine vs. The Hulk, there is a great solution. Animate it. Gotham Knights is doing a story between their first and second installments, why not do the same for Hulk? Have an animated feature, you could even have Hugh do the voice.
