Wow thanks CC04 I appreciate the comment!!! I really try to put my best up on the boards, so I am truly grateful that my work is well received...

For anyone interesed, here's my intial photoshop sketch of the illo...I sketch in PS so that I don't have to hassle with the scanner and stuff...Alot of the fleshing out is done in Ill so that explains the extreme roughness of the sketch...

Very nice. What kind of pen tab are you using? If you're using one, then I gotta say you've got some mad skills with the mouse to sketch that in photoshop.

Mouse..hell nah...I'd dislocate something tryin to draw w/ one...I use a Wacom, but for those of you out there that use a mouse, much props...I did it before and it took forever!!!

sweet. You definatly succeeded in making her look amazonian and powerful but also didn't make her look like she's 40 like a lot of artists do.
