World: Until the sun goes super nova.

I think that within a thousand years we'll have colonized dozens of planets.

By that time evolution would have happened and there would be new species of sapiens
The Earth, I see dying in 1000 years.
I see it just dying, not going out in a blaze of glory or by our own hands, just dying.

I think Earth will be uninhabited within a few thousand years. I just don't think it will be "gone" until the sun dies.

My thoughts:

Upper class an lower class (middle class down) will seperate to an extreme someday. All "lower class" will live in sub par living conditions with minimal food an water, basically it will be the dark ages for them. Eventually they will lose civility an become much more "beast" like. Upper class will gather resources an try to either live in floating cities or build a giant "ark" to colonize another planet. This will be the end of the world as we know it.

I personally don't think the world will end until something happens to destroy it, like the sun going supernova or something. But, of course, by then, humanity will be long gone, and this planet will likely become uninhabited by life.

I can only hope the end won't come for quite some time. Till i'm in my 50s, at the very least.

That would be the species ending, not the planet. It all depends on how you define 'world'.

Either way, it really doesn't matter. By the time the sun goes supernova, the species of homo sapiens will be long gone. It doesn't matter how or why, the species will go extinct like all species that have come before or will come after have (or will).

You're talking about humans evolving, right? Once a species evolves to the point that it is no longer what it was, and there are none of the original creatures left, that species is extinct. It's a commonly held theory that birds evolved from dinosaurs, but just because birds exist does not mean that dinosaurs are not extinct.
