The really bad ones are the straight-to-DVD-or-VHS movies, stuff with hardly any budget whatsoever, no talent involved, and barely enough equiptment to even make the film in the first place. Stuff that is so rushed, everything is a first take. Where you see people mess up lines on camera because it's too expensive to reshoot.
Unwatchable stuff. They're the worst movies ever made.
But that´s exactly their redeeming value: they´re so amateuresque that they´re (though unintentionally) hilarious. I thnk it´s actually worse when real money and real talent is wasted on a totally crappy movie. Maybe even worse are pretentious movies that are supposed to be "arty" but just bore you to death.Kevin Roegele said:I've said it before and I'll say it again; you guys have no idea what a bad movie really is.
