Poutine is pretty awesome. First had it in Walt Disney World.

Then a place by my house had it for a while.....then they changed their menu.

I love poutine, but you really have to be in Canada to truly enjoy it. Everywhere up there has it and they pile all sorts of stuff in it.

Last one I had consisted of mushrooms, Italian sausage, bacon, and caramelized onions. Fantastic.

Of course you can always make your own down here.

Overcooked shoestring fries aren't even food.

But slightly undercooked crinkle fries with ketchup is decent.

Steak, curly, and Boardwalk/Five Guys are my top 3.

The best fries I've ever had were pomme-frite (shoestring) style, with some shaved Asiago cheese on top and a drizzling of truffle oil.
