Would an "Apokoliptian" have powers on Earth?

To answer your question i would think that they wouldnt cause they are just slaves I dont think they are like Kryptonians or Daxamites. Now Orion or Darkseid are gods so yeah.

Apokalips has a yellow sun so no kryptonian like powers would be gained but the denizens of New Genesis are stronger than human so I would expect the people of Apokalips to also be stronger.

Kryptonians and Daxamites gain superpowers on Earth because they are biologically capable of absorbing solar radiation in that way. They've never said anything about species from Apokolips or New Genesis having that same ability, so unless DC says they do, then they don't.

Keep in mind that all the different alien species are just that: different species. They look an awful lot alike, but they're still different creatures.
