There are many, many, many other characters who deserve to be in an X-Men movie much more than Blob. What are you smoking!?

He was in one draft, for sure. He's worth a cameo or small role, but the Wolverine movie has other more important characters to get in - namely the other Weapon X operatives.

This may sound like sacrilege...but I think they could forget Sabretooth altogether and focus on other characters who haven't yet been seen. Rather than trying to include him and hoping it ties in with his appearance in X1, it might be wise to forget him. In much the same way, it might be wise to omit Deathstrike. We can't expect a carbon-copy of the comics. And there are plenty of other Weapon X mutants and Wolverine-related characters.

I'm not sure that would be possible. The enmity of Wolverine and Sabertooth is the stuff of legend. *Everyone* who walks into the movie and is familiar with the comics, or knows someone who is, will be fully expecting a massive throwdown between the two. They may have to work some amnesia into the movie to account for X-1 then pick it up again in the sequel which will likely take place after the trilogy just so they won't have to work around such things in the future.

Sabretooth: I believe it's time for the fans, as well as the general audiences who go to see the X-Men films to finally get a true taste of the rivalry between Wolverine and Sabretooth that has been around for years in the comics, and what better film should this take place in than Wolverines very own spin off film? The Sabretooth seen in Singer's first effort was a great injustice to that particular character, and it certainly wouldnt be a bad idea to see him not only reinterpreted to make him a bit more in line with the comic book version, but also more fleshed out since we honestly didnt get an idea of what this guy was truly all about.

Blob: Well, we kinda got him in X-Men 3 with the Phat character, but I wouldnt mind seeing him appear if it's deemed necessary to the plot. Nor would I be opposed to a simple cameo either. However, if it's ultimately decided that The Blob is best left in pre-production as he was with the original X-Men film, I certainly wouldnt be heartbroken about it.

I don't understand this weird fascination with Blob. He has threads all over the X-board. I think it's a terrible character. And a pity he will be in the Wolve spin-off, with so many better characters to choose.

A lot of folks want to see Apocalypse, but I think that storyline could be ruined very easily.

Maybe an up-to-date version of Exodus? Now there's a villain with devastating power... We could see a whole X-Team vs. Exodus throwdown.
