Outshined quite a few of the men's RAW main events lately.
 
Awesome match. Really great Raw all around IMO. No way Smack Down's topping that.

I am confused. I thought Perkins/Kendrick was suppose to be a title match?

There was an actual title change on Raw. It has started to snow in hell.

I haven't followed that storyline, but I saw that it was originally supposed to be for the belt, but I guess they wanted to give Kendrick a win to keep him looking strong, but didn't want to give him the belt outright.

Yup, not to mention a new Universal champion crowned last month, and Roman's win late last year.

My thoughts on why the belt changed hands .... Sasha originally won because they wanted to move forward with her, but with her injury, they needed to do an audible, hence why Charlotte won and Bayley was called up sooner than expected. The fact that Sasha only needed a month off created a new problem, which was three women who can all hold the belt and do good with it. But since Bayley is still new and inexperienced when it comes to the main roster, they could only put the belt on Sasha or Charlotte. They held off on Sasha because they wanted to test her back and health overall to see if she could still go, and she proved that she could so they decided to go back to their original plan.

I expect a rematch at Hell in a Cell, hopefully in a Cell, and I expect Sasha to win, only to be attacked by Nia Jax, setting up a feud there. Either that, or Nia "destroys" Sasha, taking her off TV for a bit, while Bayley feuds with Nia in defense of her friend and Dana feuds with Charlotte. Or, there's the possibility of Emma returning and feuding with Sasha. Either way, they felt it was best to give their face woman the belt in hopes of building up new heels. All of this is most likely to stall so we get a Bayley/Sasha feud at Mania, in which Sasha will be a heel at that point. But I expect this Charlotte/Sasha feud to end for good at HIAC.

Not to mention, above all of this storyline stuff, I feel like it happened on Raw because the ratings have been decreasing. I read a report that ticket sales and casual viewership has taken a hit, possibly because there is too much content to keep track of, so by having a major title change, with the women in the main event of Raw, it shows that its still worth it to tune in because you never know what might happen.

I think last night's raw was the first time in a long time that the 3 hours didn't seem to drag for me. Usually I look at the time and am like ugh but last night flowed pretty well and close to Smackdown
 
Yeah I think that the only reason why they did the title change at Summerslam was because Sasha got injured. And then they brought up Bayley to be Charlotte's challenger in her place.

But then Sasha ended up not being nearly as badly injured as they first thought/feared and they wanted to go with her vs. Charlotte again. That's why the Women's Title pictured has felt so haphazard, they were trying to course-correct again. Which is also likely why they've stalled Bayley's early momentum by now having her lose repeatedly to the other two (after winning early on). They wanted Sasha back in that spot, and this is their way of taking Bayley out of it really quickly.

Frankly, given that she's been champion for like 90% of her time on the main roster (and it's gotten really stale imo), hopefully they don't just rush the belt back on Charlotte. Lets see if she can do well in other kinds of situations besides "constantly has title."
