am I the only one here that really doesn't like Kane? I mean, he's 10000000x better than Snitsky, but I just haven't really liked him at all for a few years.

Smackdown Spoilers from Rajah - Taker/orton
Backstage: Teddy Long meets, greets and hugs Bob Orton. Orton is concerned that Randy took his advice to make his mark too far, is now in over his head, and wants to talk and explain this to the Undertaker. At first Long refuses, but then relents, and tells him that he is next.

4. Bob Orton-Undertaker angle

Orton comes out to a respectful ovation, and runs down how although he is proud of his 20 year career and how he molded Randy into one of the best wrestlers in the world, he wants to talk to the Undertaker for his son’s sake. After a few seconds of stalling, in which the crowd used to start a loud “Randy sucks” chant, Undertaker makes his way down to a thunderous ovation.

Orton states that he doesn’t want any trouble, and asks Undertaker to “hear him out.” He apologizes for Randy’s slap. Undertaker states that it took one slap to seal Orton’s fate. At WrestleMania, Randy Orton will “Rest in peace.” Orton gets on his knees to beg for mercy for his son, and Undertaker is preparing to leave, when Orton grabs him. Undertaker turns to look at Orton, who won’t let go, until Undertaker turns around right into an RKO from Randy Orton!!

Father and son leave the ring in triumph while Undertaker tries at first unsuccessfully to stand up. Undertaker would leave on his own power.

Over at CS! I brought up having Randy's father being involved in the match and it looks like that might happen at WrestleMania. Which I like. Having your son defeat Taker, who wouldn't want to help?

hmm....interesting. I guess Orton isn't gonna RKO his dad when he introduces him to the HOF now
:( :D

No. You're not the only one. I think he's boring. I dislike what the bookies do with him even more. There was no purpose in him winning his feud w/RVD. I really don't think too many people buy tix to see Kane plod around the ring. A while back he got hit by Rhyno's gore & still got up & won. Instead of building up these people, they have Kane win even though he'll never mean anything.

To be honest, Kane was a pretty good wrestler, especially for a guy his size. However, a few questionable angles involving him - the Katie Vick story, his unmasking, and his marriage to Lita - absolutely ruined his character. Not to mention he debuted as a major badass, and won the title belt from Austin, in a First Blood match, then proceeded to lose it to Austin the very next night by pinfall

Nah. Kane is mediocre wrestler @ best. Compare him to Mike Awesome or 'Taker. They're big guys, & they dive over ropes and are capable of doing cool s**t. Big wrestlers always get judged less harshly than small guys, but Kane sux. Big time

Kane sucks? Have you seen some of matches circa 1998-1999? Kane did a few moves off the top rope as well. In fact, I could almost say that he had more athletic abilty at that time than Undertaker. It's true that right now, Kane is a shadow of his former self, but back when he first debuted, he was a good wrestler.

Average @ best. I was talking about high-risk stuff. Diving over the ropes is a little better than coming off the ropes w/that lame clothesline.

I wouldn't say Kane s*cks. He is a good wrestler at best and has lost a step over the years. But when he is on his game and used properly he is awesome. But that is something we haven't seen in a long time...because as stated the damn bookers in the WWE don't know how to use him.

I respect your opinion, but I've never seen him do anything decent

i think he's just happy to be in the wrestling business, let alone do another sumo wresting match

agreed. I think those scales where rigged. Because last I knew The Big Show weighed around 465-470 lbs. There is no way that Akebuno weights 504 lbs Now, perhaps in his prime. How old is this guy anyway. I thought for a second we were going to see him drag that poor sap into the corner and watch Akebuno drop on him with a Banzai Drop ala Yokozuna

i taped last nights shownothing interested me ecept for paul london becoming cruiserweight camp so i'll reuse that part of the tape for next weeks" wrestlemaia aftermath" raw

normally i can find spoilers for smackdown since its taped in advance, so if nothing interests me i can tape something else but this week the only thing i found was the undertaker segment spoiler earlier in this thread no spoilers on either of the wrestling fansites that NORMALLY have them wassup withthat? :hq:

Anyone else think with the exception of 3 matches the WM21 card is pretty weak this year? I mean look at last year's card compared to now.

Goldberg VS Lesnar with Austin as ref

Cena VS Big Show for the US title

Eddie VS Angle for the WWE title

Benoit VS HBK VS HHH for the World title

Rock 'n sock connection VS Evolution

and some others I can't remember. Now look at this year's card...

Batista VS HHH for the world title

Cena VS JBL for the WWE title

Randy Orton VS Undertaker

Rey Mysterio Jr. VS Eddie

HBK VS Kurt Angle

Jericho VS Benjamin VS Kane VS Edge VS Benoit VS Christian

Trish VS Christy

Big Show VS Akebono

What's up with no IC, US or tag titles being defended?? they'd rather put on a sumo match than have the titles defended?? I'm really only interested in like 3-4 matches, the rest I don't care about.

So what are you guys doing for Wrestlemania 21? my friends and I have a wrestlemania day where we hang out and drink all day.Needless to say I can't wait.

Getting together with a bunch of buddies to watch the big event. Can't wait. it's always best to watch the grand daddy of them all with a bunch of fellow wrestling fans!
