****, I really hate this ending. WWE really needs to stop putting on shows that go from good to horrible.

Seems like a trend with them these days. Good starts, crappy endings, and mostly lack luster PPVs. John Cena won...wow, who could've known that?

By the way, I so want Triple H's new shirt. :o

Ugh, what a horrible, horrible Raw tonight. The whole Shawn-Shane match was just totally unwatchable. Poisoning Shawn? Didn't I see this one time on WCW? And didn't that kind of angle totally fail as well? What next? At SNME, they're going to break into Shawn's house and kidnap Shawn's wife and kid(s) and hold them hostage unless Shawn does the job to Shane?

And I was so hoping for at least hints of a Cena-Trips double turn. But nothing happened  :( Although I have to admit it was kinda cool to see Cena FU Show like that :o

I can't believe I wasted two hours on this drivel :down

Oh well, at least there's always SD on Thursday....:o

You mean FRIDAY :)

We Canadians get it on Thursday :p

Which is a good thing because the sooner SD is on, the sooner I can forget everything that's happened on Raw this week.....

Seriously, poisoning Shawn Michaels?

Yo NDX how are you tonight?

I feel like ****, and the wrestling didn't help. You?

Cena FUing Show is not a shock, he's done it often enough before. But here it was unreasonable due to the fact he just spent the previous 15 minutes getting his ass handed to him, but after 3 moves he can carry a 500 pound man on his shoulders, flip him off and slam him down and get the win.

Just not a good looking match.

I hope your referring to Kurt Angle...

No I when drugging Shawn. Now to pull a good storyline Vince should have Shawn kick Shane's ass bad. But Vince is a idiot and therefore a bad business person. He once was good, before going over the deep end.

The sad thing was, that was like the hilight of Raw for me :(

Well, remember, we're talking about the WWE here. They make things like Cena FU-ing Show seem like they've never happened befrore, or they expect fans to forget about it (like they expected us to forget that Kane used a voice box and was badly burned as a child)

Wow. That is sad. Because honestly, that was the best thing to happen this evening, followed by McMahon's mock Oscar acceptance speech.

God, what a horrible evening for wrestling. And I have to wait till ****ing Saturday for goddamn Smackdown! ****ing baseball classic.

No way! Kane was badly burned as a child AND spoke with a voice box? You're yankin' my chain! Gotta be!

Yeah, I know what you are talking about. But if you think about it, it's been that way in wrestling in general for who knows how long. It won't change that people's characters change, completely destroying the previously established character background. Just like in comics.

This is exactly why I keep advocating the roster split. Because if the rosters got merged, the McMahons would take over both shows. SD is totally McMahon-free and it's a much better show at the moment

I know for a fact the wrestlers in majority like to be on RAW better. One reason its live.

True. But at the moment Smackdown is struggling with the loss of a handful of wrestlers. Batista, as much as he's a mediocre wrestler, still attempts to put on a show and does entertain the fans. Mr. Kennedy was a breath of fresh air with a unique finisher I never thought I'd see outside of the independent shows who was stopped too early in his push. JBL is one of their top heels, no matter what people feel about him. Taker showed me some better character development (incorporating aspects of the deadman and zombie in his matches with Angle) but more is needed on the program as a whole. Some of their bankable stars are still too green or just have bad gimmicks. And yet, with these problems, Smackdown is still looking better than RAW.

I love Smackdown, and their side for WrestleMania is actually shaping up to be a very good card. Although the only problem I have with the lineup is the main event, which should be a one on one between Angle and Mysterio. I think, given 25 minutes, they can put on a match that can trump any other in the last year of wrestling.

Yo buddy its a thriple threat match. So there must be three people in it right?

So they're still trying to make Cena look like Superman? :(

I remember when Brock gave Big Show the F-5, which was more impressive than Cena giving Show the F-U.

Cena, you're going to really get it at WM. Enjoy it while you can because Triple H is going to really and flat out embarass you. :)

If you look at it, SD does have a pretty well-balanced show. They have some good main-eventers (Angle, Undertaker, Batista, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Benoit, JBL), they also have a good US title division (Benoit and JBL are also a part of this, which shows a lot of their diversity as well), they have a more competitive tag team division, although that's not really saying much because of the pathetic-ass tag-team division on Raw, and they have a pretty good CW division, despite not being seen on tv much. Add to that some gimmick wrestlers (Boogeyman, Burchill) that are surprisingly entertaining and I say Smackdown has a great mix of wrestlers that can satisfy a wider audience than Raw.

I mean even with the loss of Batista and Guerrero, they still managed to replace them with Rey Mysterio and Kurt Angle.

It feels like on SD, a lot of the wrestlers are allowed to be the best they can be. I really can't feel the same way for anybody on Raw at the moment

I can dare even say that SD might even be better over-all than Impact at the moment....:o

There are, Angle (C), Mysterio and Orton. But I feel a match between Angle and Mysterio would be better than the threeway.

Dude, your vehemence toward Cena is becoming boarderline comical. It makes me smile just to read your hatred for him over and over and over.

I would tend to agree. Impact could be a better show if they balanced it out more properly. But when you have 2 blatant squash matches per show, it gets old fast.

Right now, for me, Smackdown! is the show to watch.
