DOG LIPS said:I'd like to see Batista beat Booker and get in that match, then kill Cena and take his belt. Then he'd leave SD and go to RAW, leaving the title open for SD guys to fight for, which Kane would get and Taker would kick .... nevermind, never happen.![]()

Sarge 2.0 said:So, did anyone else think K-Fed was thouroughly awesome at playing a heel, or was it just me? 'Cause, he totally knew how to cut a promo, and he obviously knew that everyone hated him and thought he was a joke, and he just rolled with it and performed really well. Damn.![]()
Yeah, he actually...bumped well.hunter rider said:I had the sound turned down and it was on in the background but i thought he took the FU better than most wrestlers,it actually looked impactful

That's kind of revealing how bad things are creatively in WWE and it shows on it's product.
attracting celbs worked for him in the pastAndThePickles said:Well, at least the first part of RAW was good, but seeing "K-Fed" there made me want to stop watching. What's with all the celebrities? Vince has stooped so low
On another note, I forgot to change my fantasy team for this week!!![]()
baby webhead, I think that the voting is definitely fixed.....Vince doesn't really care about what the fans want, he knows what's gonna make the most money and I'm sure he'll stick with whatever plan he has in mind already.
though i wonder whats next torri wilson vs jennifer love hewitt?3dman27 said:attracting celbs worked for him in the past

WWE/ECW news, notes and happenings to the EXTREME:
Your News: It appears that starting soon the ECW brand will no longer be treated as a separate company but rather as the 3rd brand of the WWE. Little minor changes such as the women switching from being called Vixens to Divas and the males from Extremists to Superstars will take place. There has also been some discussion about removing the ECW logo from the screen and replacing it with the WWE logo. A lot of this is Kevin Dunn's doing. He thinks the fans are confused and don't realize that ECW is a part of the WWE and he says that's the reason for the low ratings. Also expect the product to be toned down a lot. Vince McMahon is not a fan of hardcore wrestling and he hated the RVD vs. Test match.
My Views: First of all, how can it be a separate company when more than most weeks they had someone from Raw or Smackdown on there? People are not confused and think that ECW is a different company due to that. Kevin Dunn s a ****ing idiot and treats the fans like idiots. Removing the ECW logo and putting the WWE one there is just Vince making sure his stamp is allover it. The reason for the low ratings aren't the fact that people think it isn't WWE, maybe it is because for like 7-weeks they put on almost the same damn show. And now Vince is wanting to tone **** down. It isn't that he hates Hardcore wrestling, and he didn't hate that Test vs. RVD match. The fact of the matter is ECW has put on some good matches in its short existence, better than Raw for sure and that is the problem. Vince doesn't want the "A-SHOW" out done, even though Smackdown tends to out do them on a wrestling basis weekly. It's all about Vinnie Mac being in control kids.
Your News: Rey Mysterio vs. Chavo Guerrero in an I Quit Loser Leaves Smackdown match is scheduled to be one of the main events for the RAW/Smackdown taping at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday. The match is set to be Mysterio's final match before he has knee surgery.
My Views: Well the match happened, and yeah Rey lost. He has needed knee surgery for a long time but put it off due to winning the title, hindsight he may have wanted to take the time off instead, and then to work with Chavo. I hope that after his surgery he goes to Raw so that they can let the Eddie **** die. Seeing his wife out there basically skankafied telling Rey at least her husband had balls is just disturbing to me. The beat down Chavo does Friday sounds good and hopefully can get him over, and possibly into a feud with Benoit to see if people keep taking him seriously. One last plea, DROP THE EDDIE ****.
Your News: Former 80s star "Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin has been added to the WWE creative team. Garvin is filling the slot vacated by Michael Hayes on Smackdown since Hayes was promoted to the head writer for Smackdown last week.
My Views: Sounds cool to me, wrestling guys helping to write wrestling shows, what a ****ing concept. But then Jimmy Garvin quit the creative team on Friday. That blows, no Freebird Reunion.
Your News: Psicosis (Dionicio Castellanos Torres) was arrested Monday night after allegedly stealing a car from 23 year old Alexander Valencia Ramirez of Rosarito, Baja California, reports Mexican newspaper El Mexicano.
The newspaper story claims that Psicosis asked to borrow Ramirez's black Mitsubishi, promising to return it later that night. Ramirez refused, leading to Psicosis pulling a gun on him and taking the car anyway. Ramirez called the police who set up roadblocks around Rosarito. Psicosis hit several cars while in the chase including one that had a pregnant woman inside. She ended up being OK. After catching him, police found out that the gun he used earlier in the night was actually just a water gun.
My Views: I expect to hear about his release any day now. I don't have much to add other that in his day; before WCW brainwashed him, Psicosis was a tremendous worker. He never recovered after that in my opinion, only showing glimpses of his past greatness on a handful of occasions. I have no clue what went through his head here, but it sounds like he pulled a Juvi and went crazy. Who would have thought of the three that Super Crazy would be the one left and actually doing something on raw of al places?
Your News: Many people backstage at the Smackdown/ECW taping last night were upset about how badly ECW On Sci-Fi came off last night, mostly due to the strip poker segments. A lot of the workers found it to be embarrassing.
My Views: it got worse from there. Not only did they have their own segments through out the show, but then there were cut ins during the matches! Yeah, **** wrestling on a wrestling TV show, we have a bunch of silicone filled *****es playing Extreme High Card! I know that no matter how much complaining that I do that they will never get rid of this stuff because, "OMG ITZ ENTERTAINMENT~!" but come on. This is just like last week when I complained about Cage and Rhino taking all the attention away from the X-Division 6-man match. Not only was this a waste of time, but also I feel that it took away from the matches. It was beyond ridiculous when they did cut ins during the main event. Yes, the main event had split screens with Extreme High Card! They it got even worse at the end when they stripped each other and they had the big blurs as Balls chants ECW ECW ECW. Yes, nothing is more hardcore than blurred out nudity. Tremendous. They should be embarrassed. They drew the same rating with all that hype and killed the show wrestling wise. How that **** even aired is a mystery to me, it sucked.
Your News: John Cena appeared on the Howard Stern Show this morning. The only items worth note were that he admitted to messing around with a lot of groupies on the road, he denied ever using steroids, he said that WWE owns the name John Cena and will get a percentage of his movie earnings, and said Chris Kanyon got fired from WWE because he wasn't good enough.
My Views: Cena loves the rats.
Your News:The plan right now for Cyber Sunday is to have fan voting decide which title, the WWE Title, World Title, or ECW Title, will be on the line in the main event that is scheduled to feature John Cena vs. King Booker vs. Big Show.
My Views: So unless they want to get creative, the title you vote for being on the line will be the guy that wins.
Your News: WWE also plans on having the fans pick who Jeff Hardy will defend the WWE Intercontinental Title against on the PPV, with the choices being Shelton Benjamin, Carlito, Super Crazy, Chris Masters, and Johnny Nitro.
My Views: Unless they try to sway the voting, which they always do, I would imagine that Carlito wins the voting and loses the match. I see him off to ECW soon.
Your News: WWE's The Marine starring John Cena debuted in the #6 spot at the box office this weekend, earning $7 million. The film was expected to debut in the #6 spot but at this point it is not expected to turn a profit at the box office.
My Views: Well looks like I overestimated Cena's drawing power. Unless this has a really good second week, this may not do well at all. Doh.
Your News: Pat Patterson has been hired back by WWE as a "producer" AGENT.
My Views: Cool news, and I suppose this means his health is ok, which is the most important part. With the Rumble coming up, knowing Patterson is back in the fold is great news.
Your News: Although details are not known at the time, WWE has released Brent Albright. Albright wrestled in OVW and did make a short run on Smackdown as Gunner Scott.
My Views: I liked Albright. His stuff in OVW was great, but they really tossed him out there on Smackdown to die. No build, no background, just a generic Benoit clone. And they wonder why people never got into him. Management failed here, now Albright. On the bright side he is already going to do a shot with ROH, and is the kind of guy that could really thrive there, so good for him.
Your News: According to WWE.com "WWE has come to terms on the release of ECW Diva Francine Fournier as of today, Oct. 12. We wish Francine the best in all future endeavors."
My Views: Francine had been used on ECW House Shows and only made a small amount of TV appearances for the new ECW. She was on the chopping block since before the first TV because when Vince saw her, he hated her because she looked old, ugly and "not like a WWE Diva." That is why she was only on TV so sparingly. That sucks because it seems as weeks go on, more ECW originals go by the way side and disappear. Ah well.
Your News: Kane joined Smackdown.
My Views: I told you so. Loser goes to Smackdown, way to pump that brand up. The next item contains SPOILER information!
Your News: Former WCW wrestler Dave Taylor, who had been hired to work with WWE Developmental Wrestlers and as an Agent debuts on Smackdown this Friday.
My Views: SQUIRE DAVE FN TAYLOR~! Holy **** this is great news, because he owns just like Regal and Finlay. If they are used in a serious tag team setting this will be a great thing. British guys kicking the **** out of London and Kendrick, tremendous! Add to the fact that they can work with other guys that need help on the road and this is a great move. All we need is the Earl Robert of Eaton and nothing could be better!
But, and yeah there has to be a but, I question why they didn't debut a younger guy here, like Harry Smith, Steve Lewington, or even bring back Burchill. I love Dave Taylor, but he is over 40. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but you would think that they would want to use Regal to help develop a younger talent. Sure they "kinda" tried it with Burchill before, but they were never really behind it and then went to the Pirate gimmick, which Vince apparently "didn't get" because he is 10-years behind when it comes to pop culture. I really wish that they would have done something like this, but getting Dave Taylor is pretty awesome. But you know what isn't awesome?
Your News: Harry Smith has been taken off the road, due to creative having nothing for him.
My Views: This is the problem with the above. How is the **** do you have nothing for Harry Smith. The son of Davey Boy Smith, the nephew of WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart, the grandson on wrestling legend Stu Hart. IT WRITES ITSELF! Bring him along slowly, use him on HEAT, job matches against local guys occasionally on TV and play up his background as he gets some wins. Slowly move him up through the Conway's and Snitsky's and get him a mini-feud with someone slightly above that level after a few months. It is EASY. Hell, debut him in a tag team with Burchill, Lewington, or TJ Wilson, who he has worked with. Do the Canadian/Stampede Bulldogs gimmick and let them develop that way. Also, taking him off of the road is extremely stupid. Working on the road is where he will continue to improve and develop as a performer, especially if he was sent to Smackdown to work with Regal, Taylor and or Finlay. The fact that they have nothing for him" is an indication of how stupid their creative team is.
He was pretty good. Certainly better than the other celebrity crap we had to endure and a most welcomed change to Nitro having the mic. He brought good heat, knowing people were ready to boo him (which he has to be use to). He sold the FU pretty well too. He didn't oversell it and gave it enough legitimacy so that my stomach didn't turn (not an easy feat to accomplish on most of Cena's FUs).Sarge 2.0 said:So, did anyone else think K-Fed was thouroughly awesome at playing a heel, or was it just me? I see what the dirtsheets were talking about when they said Umaga stiffed Steve-O because he wasn't selling enough. I wanted the Bulldozer to beat the **** out of that idiot.Sarge 2.0 said:Yeah, he actually...bumped well.
And Steve-O laughing didn't surprise me at all...he thinks pain is funny. Plus, it made Umaga look like a total badass when he just picked him up and dropped him like deadweight so that he fell on his shoulder. Awesome.
