Taker should go over when it comes to his match with Henry, hopefully easily, dropping Henry to midcard status. I personally like Henry and like to see him in the ring, but main eventing is not where his level is at. This feud should drop him to midcard status.

I have a feeling WrestleMania will end with Orton pinning Rey, or vice versa, setting up a multi-PPV feud with Angle and the title holder where Angle claims he wasn't pinned for the title, so he never truly lost and wants it back. Pretty common storyline, but if it ends up with a Rey/Angle it will be a good outcome, and possibly Angle getting back some of his heel status.

Angle will win next week.

The way its been going, Mysterio HAS to get retribution over Orton at Mania. Especially if HHH is going to beat Cena for the title. They can't end it with Orton winning.

Wrestlemania is looking pretty underwhelming this year. And now they are talking about doing Benoit vs. JBL...um...ugh. God forbid they give Benoit a quality opponent for Wrestlemania like in 2001.

WrestleMania is truly truly underwhelming this year. I'm hoping something can be made out of a Benoit U.S. Title match and the proposed MITB. Other than the Triple Threat match, there's really not anything there. Hope it comes together.

I'm just glad I'm not paying for the program this year. The past years have at least had matches I wanted to see. So far there are only 2 confirmed matches, and the rest of the rumored matches are all pathetic.

I'm a huge Foley mark, but the man should stay out of the ring. It's just not fun to watch him anymore. Let Edge do something productive with his spot at WrestleMania. Henry v. Undertaker is a match I'd think to see on Smackdown!, not the biggest PPV of the year. Hopefully Hogan will be nowhere to be seen. Benoit and JBL. Sorry, as much as I like JBL, I think on a stage like this Benoit should wrestle someone closer to his level he has worked well with in the past (since Mr. Kennedy is currently not an option), such as Regal (or maybe I'm just a Regal mark, who knows anymore). The tag divisions... hell, I won't even go into those travesties.

Also, I haven't read **** on the Women's Division. What the hell is going on with that? I say have a Women's Battle Royal for Trish's title with all the divas from RAW and SmackDown! and just have an all out brawl. Wouldn't mind seeing Melina with gold post WM. Money in the Bank 2 is just a gimmick match that should not have made it's return. Benjamin and RVD should go at it for the IC title since RVD has already been punted from the WHT scene before he even got started, so give him at least some gold. Helms, hopefully, will hold the CW title until then and defend it in a one on one matchup with either London or Kendrik. Ahh, to be a dreamer.

I do want to see Cena v. HHH because I want to see if Cena can work a high profile match and actually put on a good match at this (less than) spectacular finally.

So far the only match I have confidence in is the triple threat with Orton, Mysterio and Angle, not just for the match, but for the potential matchs that can follow from the main event. With Cena v. HHH, all we can expect is more Cena v. HHH after WM is over. But with SD!'s ME, we get three different scenarios, all of which are good and can produce a positive series of matches.

Hmm, I think now that I got it all out, I feel much better.

Oh, yeah, I caught No Way Out on Thursday, and that Taker/Angle match was one of the best matches I've seen WWE put together in a while.

I'll believe HBK is retiring when he says it himself.

And to leave after facing Vince McMahon at Mania? Umm no. He has to leave over putting guys like RVD and Shelton Benjamin over. But that's not something HBK really fulfilled his promise on since his return. He's constantly been put over workers he shouldn't have.

Shawn has said in all his interviews prior to the Rumble that he will be going to a Hogan schedule post Mania

Personally I'm really looking forward to Benoit vs JBL,two heavy hitters with a stiff style,it takes me back to the NWA style

Yeah, I wasn't digging it at first, but the inclusion of Jannety made it much better. You could have Jannetty totally resenting Shawn because Shawn became a star while Jannetty became nothing. Then you could have Vince basically saying he made a mistake when he made Shawn a star instead of Jannetty and he's now going to rectify that. Plus, wouldn't it be great for Shawn's final opponent as a regular to be against his former tag team partner?

I agree completely,Shawn vs Marty with their hostory at Mania would be a great way to go out

That's genius, man, and totally accurate! The girls and young guys I know are the ones that like him the best, and I've always found myself disappointed in his lack of offensive diversity. Like, when he finally came up w/a submission manauver to beat Angle, the commentators went crazy to pump that up...but now he whips it out all the time like that's some sort of big deal! Come up w/some other stuff consistently! You're dead on about that, and I fall into the negative male 18-30 demo so I get it.
It's a shame in a way,he isnt a bad worker he just isn't a main evnet one yet and has been pushed to fast and with to accute a gimmick

lol.i just think that it's a more demo-specific character than the guys i mentioned who don't appeal to a select type of fan they just appeal universally

I would use the booing of Cena at WM to my advantage. Have Cena win clean. Then grab the mic and say I still have the belt, but I'm not your kissing your damn asses anymore and I'm going to keep my belt at any cost. Blah, blah blah. The only way this works is to have the 3-way as the main event.

The WWE has a **** of a creative team so that won't ever happen :(

Prior to putting Rey Mysterio back in the WrestleMania 22 main-event, there was speculation that WWE might have Chavo Guerrero turn on Mysterio to set up a match at WrestleMania. That idea never got off the ground, pleasing a number of wrestlers who disapprove of the direction WWE took in using the late Eddie Guerrero's name in storylines.

The use of Eddie Guerrero in storylines has been toned down, although it is not known if any specific dialogue between wrestlers and WWE officials made that happen. It is known that Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko spoke with a WWE writer about the storyline's direction, but the concern never made its way to management.

In fact, as has been reported, Stephanie McMahon stood behind the angle when writers criticized its taste.

The McMahon defense of the storyline likely prevented more wrestlers?especially those without strong political stroke?from taking an open stand against the angle. Thus, very little heat falls on the wrestlers who were actually involved in the on-air storyline.

It's a shame that you can't speak your mind (especially about an angle that can easily been seen as distasteful) w/o the very possibility of being shown the door.

I was thorougly impressed with Taker's finishers on Henry. However, I'm still a bit sour on Henry as a main eventer. It's probably because I've seen too many of his failed runs in the past. I'm just not really seeing where a feud with he and Taker could go. Unfortunately for me, I feel that's exactly where they are heading.

Henry doesn't do one thing for me. He's an ice cube of a speaker for one. Two, he has failed so many times in the past, there's no credit to what he can do. Three, why would he stand a chance against a consumate professional like Angle. Four, most importantly and I'm not discriminating, he's just too obese! Like, it's no fun to watch an obese man try to carry uppercard clought anymore! This isn't the mid-late 90s and Henry isn't Vader!!

...And speaking of Vader, was that not the most embarrassing scene when he showed up about a month or two ago and just fell around, completely out of breath?!?! He couldn't even fit into his costume anymore, but he still had it on!! He looked horrible and it was a total freak show, he looked like a whale in a thong!!

Didn't that happen way back when the WWE actually did want Punk for the Spirit Squad?

Although it would've been a sight to see. Punk as a cheerleader? :o

No that is off the most recent showing, did you notice the part about rubbing of the tatoo's ? it's as if WWE are having the stuff said about Punk on the net written into the OVW angles,it would be a cool way to bring him in as the guy who won't take a sh1tty gimmiock just to get On Raw

Kind of a shame that Vader showed up in that state. His stuff in Japan and WCW was pretty godly...he was truly one of the best big men ever. Then he makes his big return and....he's completely out of shape, and out of coordination. Damn shame.

That could happen. And who knows, maybe all that stuff about Punk is a bit orchestrated just to help him get over?

It was awful, that's for sure. But my best friend and I laughed our a$$es off when he lost his balance and fell over!!! Much props to his Japan/WCW reign, it was classic!

It all depends on where he is wrestling. WWE put him in the ring with someone younger and faster than him in a match too long for Vader to currently work. When I saw him live in November, he wrestled a short, slow match with a similarly large sized wrestler and he came off as entertaining. I can't say it was a good match, but he at least tried his best.

Hell, he at least moved better than Abdullah the Butcher did.

He pretty much said the same at the Feb. 11 ROH show. "I can't rub these tattoos off. I've tried!" He then commences in licking his tongue and rubbing his forearm, then shrugs.

It's a real shame the man is not on Raw or Smackdown right now where a man of his talents is sorely needed. But than again, WWE would just **** him up and give him some ****ty stories and a new gimmick.

Vader was tremendous back in his Japan. He was the same in WCW until Hogan killed all his heat. I had lost much of my vision of Vader as a heel until that Starrcade match with him and Flair. That was a damn good match, granted it was mostly Flair carrying him. It still showed me how credible Vader could still be.

I saw when he showed up awhile back and you're right Sarge, it was sad. Admittedly, I did laugh...alot. Afterwards, I thought about when I first saw him as Big Van Vader as opposed to what I had just saw. It was a very striking dissimilarity.

You're right since Stephanie and HHH are the writers for everybody.

Yeahhhh wonder how he got that position. I wonder if their baby will have his nose. I know that it will come out and slap the doctor...aw the little McMahon.

Well, he's not an official writer. Let's just say he holds considerable influence on storylines, particularly his own.
