Wrigley Field beer tosser - What would you have done?

Basically the guy accused was a 30 year old who invited his friend and his friend's 21 year old cousin to the game, and the 21 year old decided it would be hilarious to toss beer on a Phillies player as he was making a catch. Meanwhile, 30 year old dude gets accused, arrested on live tv and 21 year old basically slinks down and lets him take the rap. I read in the Sun Times today that the other guy was like, "he's a good kid, just had some bad judgment." Personally, I would beat the **** out of him, but that's just me.

Obviously he's some kid from the 'burbs living with his parents, only reason I can see why he'd throw an $8 beer. People like that piss me off, there was a minor league game at Wrigley this past weekend and I went with some friends, some early 20 year old was about a section over in the bleachers and spent the whole game taunting one of the Cubs minor leaguers, annoyed me and my friends so much we just left. Wasn't worth his daddy pressing charges for assault if we kicked his ass for $10 tickets.

White Sox suck, it's got everything I had about baseball parks, the kiddie little league field, mid inning entertainment for the kids and family, giant jumbotron telling the fans when to cheer. Also last time I went to the Cell, had a drunken jackass sitting a section over heckling the opposing team as well, are these people really that starved for attention? Do they really think the player will respond?
