X-Men: First Class Forum

What are the 'qualification' needed for a new forum? X-Men: First Class has a writer and is in development, and at the moment I can see it being more active than the Magneto forum (casting suggestion posts, quotes from people etc)

I'm sure the movie will get it's own forum in X-Men soon enough.
