Sequels Your Ideal X-men First Class trilogy

If the x-men first class movie is gonna be a prequel and not some badly named continuation then what trilogy arc would be your ideal? Thats not saying they couldn`t do more than 3 films but just for starters lets limit it to a trilogy.

mine would be...

X-Men - First Class: The original X-Men versus Juggernaut. Forget the x3 version tweak the character like they are tweaking the sabretooth charatcer in the wolvie spin-off. Have him as a truly unstopable force and who actually has ties to xavier. The first half of the movie would be cut with scenes of juggy slowly plodding closer and closer to the x-mansion destroying all who stand in his way. The second half of the film would feature the x-men`s attempts to stop him.

I decided against using magneto in the first x-men first class as he was used a bit often in the first trilogy. I knew he had to appear at some point though so that is why he is in my ideal movie 3

X-Men - First Class 2: The original x-men versus the shadow king. Dunno how that would pan out but he is so cool that it would rock. Introducing polaris and havok.

X-Men - First Class 3: The original x-men versus the sentinels. The x-men are captured by the sentinels along with and magneto and the brotherhood (prob an early brotehrhood with avalanche or unus or something in it). The X-Men, Magneto and the Brotherhood ahve to work together to defeat the sentinels.​

XM:FC2: Realizing the threat of mutants to the world by the Hellfire Club, Xavier opens the school to other mutants to train them on how to use their powers (no big name mutant players will enroll) only to find out that Nathan Essex (Sinister) has quietly been creating a genetic army (Mauraders) who have infiltrated the X-mansion in search of Cerebro to find and unearth the tomb of 'The First One' En Sabah Nur. Can the X-Men stop Sinister's plan before the Apocalypse begins

XM:FC3 After the destruction of the X-Mansion, the XM are on Muir Island in search of Apocalypse who seeks Xavier and his students allegiance or their death. Apocalypse traps the XM by sending his mutant signature to Cerebro from Krakoa. With no other choice, Prof X dispatches his sleeper cell of X-Men to locate the original and take down Apocalypse.

i would rather save apocalyspe for x4.

i think if the xmen foil sinisters plans in first class 2 then hed already be set up, and apoc. would of course be the impending super villian.

wed find out jean in x3 is actually maddie pryor and then we have both jean and scott to finish off what they couldnt stop before way back in first class 2.

but i like that they could set up the hellfire club, sentinels, sinister, and apoc in this kind of trilogy, and then re-use some of them for a more appropriate phoenix saga 2 movie expansion to the original trilogy.

i think it would make the franchise more epic and tied together. more action and it would help develop the much underdeveloped main xmen charcters.

This movie should follow the works of Stan Lee, but with the vibrant energy and witty comedic dialogue of Jeff Parker's X-Men...

The film should start off with short clips of Xavier recruiting each student based on their comic book origins, but have a common theme that they all consider each other a unique family and stick together no matter what. Kind of like a coming of age movie, but with each character having special abilities. And seeing the world and how their kind is viewed, Xavier gives them the courage to become young adults. And in the end, they use that inner courage to fight off the most deadliest foe they've ever come across.... Magneto!!!

I`d say go with the first two movies (not that it is as cool as my trilogy plan though. ) but leave out the apocalypse mentions. Replace apocalypse with the shadow king.

The prequel trilogy would prob center around Cyclops and Xavier as a form of father and son. Apocalypse is a cyclops villain but sinister is a far more personal and immediate cyclops villain. The Shadow King is the perfect villain for xavier, he is the opposite of everything xavier stands for. He is a villain who uses hate and his psychic power to manipulate and destroy others. He seems the perfect villain to round out a trilogy which will prob have a heavy focus on xavier.

Of course, its all in the delivery so maybe the apocalypse bit would work.
