Not a bad start... your dialog in the first scene with Magneto was really good. Not quite sure Magneto would have killed someone just to prove to his victim he wasn't a 'harmless old man.'
I think a huge action scene needs to be in the script a bit earlier.
Not quite sure about your explanation for Cyclops being alive... but it is a fanscript.
Good to see Gambit, fans have been screaming to see him in a movie forever.
I think Sentinels haven't been touched in the movies (with the cameo in the danger room sequence) because they'd be too hard to do realistically, and the Special Effects cost would be astronomical... but this is a fanscript.
This was just abit of constructive criticism, take it or leave it, but I'm looking forward to reading a bit more... don't abandon the script.

I'd like to point out that Magneto didn't just kill the agent for name-calling, but to intimidate the government. To introduce the ineffectiveness of the cure and how it's gonna create problems for the government and also to reintroduce the character of Magneto as a violent mutant terrorist. The murder was a gift and a warning to the government.
I had trouble fitting the resurrection of Cyclops. The mentality i had going into this, was bringing back Cyclops, in the most logical reason I could think. If you've got better ideas, shoot them at me. Cyclops is going to go through alot by the time the script is done. He's going to be more cynical and tough, but still retain the boy-scout qualities of Cyke that we all know and love
I'm building up to a intense action sequence towards the end that'll mirror what happened in the end of the first saga of "Ultimate X-Men". There will also be an incident involving the Sentinels and the students at the mansion, so watch out for that. And regarding deaths in this script, there will be a significant amount of casualties (but all for a purpose and not like what we had in X3). It won't be an easy time for the X-Men because it's X-Men vs. the government and X-Men vs. Magneto.
I think you've noticed that the Sentinels are varying heights. Most of them will not be 200 ft tall hulking giants, but 6-feet assault robots akin to those we've seen in "I, Robot", but given the look of the Sentinels we're used to.
