XBOX 360 HD DVD Add-On Trouble

I got a HD DVD add-on for Christmas and for some reason the volume when I play both DVDs and HD DVDs is significantly lower. When I play a game, the game's volume is normal so I don't think that its a connection problem or a problem with the console. Has anyone else had similar problems or knows what the issue is? I'm hoping that its just a programming issue that can be patched.

Yeah but when its silent in the movie you get that annoying fuzzy sound from the volume being so up, and as result the quality of sound just doesn't seem as good because of the volume being so up.

I always have to turn the volume up when I play HD-DVDs on it. There must be a problem with your unit, or your TV.
