Sami Callihan's WWE name is Solomon Crowe.

That's... actually a really good name.

I imagine WWE have their eyes on Matt Taven, he reminds me a bit of Edge, however right now it's the trappings of Truth Martini and Scarlett that get his act over, as he himself doesn't display much personality.

He was actually pretty damn charismatic and had some good personality from an Indy show I went to a while back. Came off to me as a potential John Morrison like character. Plus his Moonlight Drive was 10 times better.

What's the chance of WWE giving up on pushing Ryback aka Biff Tannen's love child?

No, that's Kevin Matthews. Looked and sounded just like him at a PWS show I went to.

Oh look, tiny ass photos from that show!

He can be Griff Tannen in that case :woot:

I had a wonderful night.

They aren't kidding around when they say a title looks like a wristwatch compared to the Big Show.

Hate to say it, but Randy looks natural with that title.

Ah, the winged eagle in all it's glory. We 'll never have a great WWE Championship design again.

Naomi should be paired up with Charlotte Flair. The two of them would make a great athletic divas tag team.

That Winged Eagle looks great on Randy.

Seeing as how smaller guys have now made it, and Punk and Bryan have rose to the top, I believe that Rollins will have a WHC run eventually.

Of the three, Rollins seems to be the better fighter. He and Bryan were epic on Monday night.

Also, and I can't believe I'm saying this but, I've grown to really like the "big penny" tag team belts. If they were gold, they might actually be my favorite one.

- The Undertaker will be making a rare WWE DVD appearance for the upcoming release on Triple H, as seen in the new trailer above from WrestlingDVDNews.com.
- Another WWE NXT wrestler to have his name changed is Australian wrestler Matt Silva. He is now known as Buddy Murphy.

- It's worth noting that Kassius Ohno was not used at the most recent set of WWE NXT tapings. At last word, Ohno was taken off TV and told to get his body looking better, and concentrate more on weight training.

New Bully Ray interview: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/news/19583/bully-ray-interview-on-sting-to-wwe-cm-punk-more

On TNA not being competition for WWE:

"Because there are only two major wrestling companies in the United States, so of course the public's perception is that we're in competition with each other. But I don't know how you can really, truly compete with a gigantic mega machine like the WWE when TNA's been around for 11 years. And in 11 years they're very, very successful and they're growing leaps and bounds and there's a tremendous amount of light at the end of the tunnel. But you can't compete. That's like, you know, an up and coming company's little bank trying to compete with Chase Manhattan or whatever. I like to look at it as two separate companies and two separate brands of entertainment that wrestling fans can thoroughly enjoy.

On Sting going to WWE:

"You have to make the smartest business decisions for yourself, for your family and for your career. And if Sting thinks that he has accomplished everything that he possibly could in TNA and he wants to go do that, more power to him"

On not being a fan of technical wrestling:

"Who gives a crap about technical wrestling? Listen, technical wrestling doesn't put asses in seats. Nobody wants to see technical wrestling. Technical wrestling is boring. People want to see
car crashes and big explosions and they want to see guys fight and bleed and have sex with the other guy's girlfriend."
On Devon's recent departure from TNA:

"As of right now, Devon is unfortunately not with TNA Wrestling. Here's the thing about Devon being gone, in my eyes it's a temporary thing."

On watching WWE:

"I am a business man and I am a student of the game. I watch anything and everything that I can get my hands on so I can see where the trend in pro wrestling is going, so I can see what people are reacting to, so I can see what new moves guy might be doing. A good businessman always knows his competition and a good businessman always knows what's going on around him so I would never sit here and lie to you and tell you 'Oh no, I can't watch anything else'. I watch everything. Whether it's WWE or Japan or smaller independents or whatever."
On CM Punk:

"I'm a big CM Punk fan. The reason I appreciate Punk is because he's fearless and because he reminds me of me back in the day because is so comfortable on the microphone and he will say what comes to mind and deal with the repercussions later"

Ok, I hope Bully Ray really doesnt believe what he's saying about Technical wrestling because that would mean that he just happily slapped the best guys on the TNA roster in the face such as AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Bobby Roode, Austin Aries, and Kurt Angle.

Never mind the other examples proving him wrong in WWE.

I like how they say that he'll be making a rare appearance. With Undertaker I always imagine that he makes the gong hit before being in public, so I'm imagining him showing up with the stage fog and music before sitting down for the interview.

I've been saying that for a while. The design is a good one, it's the color that kills them. They would be, well, golden if they were just, you know, gold.

The new WWE title and Penny/Gladiator Tag titles have grown on me too for the last few months

Only problem I have with them is they seem more accustomed to Roman Gladiators than they do Wrestling.

Wrestlers can be seen as that, modern day Roman Gladiators. The belt is fitting.

I understand that, but it still feels off to me. Everytime I see them I think Russell Crowe from Gladiator or 300 more than WWE. It's just a personal thing.

If the Winged Eagle were still being used today, this is how Big Show would wear it:

Bully Ray strikes me as the guy who pictures himself as the veteran locker room leader like HHH, Kane or Taker, but he just doesn't have the understanding of the business to do it effectively. The evidence is in the fact that he's still in the main event picture somehow, and is the top heel of TNA. Not sure whether it's an issue of aptitude or arrogance, but he just doesn't seem to understand what works in terms of marketing and narrative and what doesn't.
