Finally saw Mick Foley's For All Of Mankind on Netflix,Great documentary!!

Got PWG Ten in the mail yesterday and finished watching it last night. Great show, but came off way different on DVD than it did live. Live it was really amazing. The double main-events were very good, but again not as awesome as I thought they were. AR Fox vs Michael Elgin was my personal favorite match of the night. Nobody can work a believable big man/little man match like these two. Awesome wrestling, tremendous storytelling, and a "HOLY ****" ending.

I definitely see big things for Fox in the future and as for Elgin? King of the independent scene right now. Everywhere he goes, he just delivers showstealing performances night in and night out. I know William Regal was at BOLA Friday and Saturday night as a scout so I really hope they are being looked at.

I still feel like Jay Briscoe is the most complete guy on the indies that I've seen at the moment. I feel like guys like Elign and Cole are works in progress, while someone like Jay knows who he is, what he can do, and what he can't do. I know I'm in the minority but that's my opinion.

I know what you mean. His promos remind me so much of Stone Cold Steve Austin and is still a great worker. It's just that I haven't seen do anything special at all lately whereas Elgin has been wrestling in various different promotions over the past year and has delivered standout matches everywhere he's been.

WWE held a huge tryout camp at their new Performance Center in Orlando on Wednesday and Thursday. The two wrestlers which stood out to officials were ROH's Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards who stood out among the 30 wrestlers brought in for the tryout. Those evaluating the talent included Bill DeMott, Joey Mercury, Norman Smiley, Terry Taylor, Gerald Brisco and William Regal.

If they are offered contracts, will they be brought in as a tag team or as single wrestlers? How long will they sit in developmental (I'd think Edwards would need less time than Richards)?

Edwards might be able to roll in the 'E after some time, but I can't see Richards doing as well if they're not a tag team.

Last I heard, both TNA and WWE were talking to them about bringing them both in as a tag team.

Ooh...definitely agree though the wait for them to get called up from NXT might make me impatient lol.

I also think that maybe WWE should try and grab Generation Me to add to the division's talent pool alongside the teams that you're referring to.

Yeah it may take some time, especially for The Wolves as Eddie is practically ready but Davey needs deprogramming first.

Yea I kinda feel like Bryan should win the belt before the Royal Rumble.

Not at Night of Champions... keep the screw jobs going right now.

But don't wait til' Royal Rumble.

Agreed, The Rumble should be where Orton uses his rematch clause and the feud ends for good between him and Bryan, although I can see Bryan vs Triple H going all the way to Mania.

Mmmmmmm. :oldrazz:

You're right, I saw Jay vs Eddie Edwards last night for the ROH title and it showed how both guys get it, they realize, unlike Elgin and Richards, you don't need 8 finisher kick-outs to have a good match, and with Jay he also has a character and his promos down, the only problem is he probably gives Vince hives with how Southern he is.

Elgin is a guy I have watched a lot of now and he's got the same problems as so many indie guys, every match is overkill. Plus he works like he's Brock Lesnar but if he went to WWE he'd look silly as while he's stocky he only weighs 240lbs and is about 5 to 7 inches shorter than guys like Orton and Sheamus, so his whole routine would be null and void, he's like Taz in ECW.

managed to pick up Chris Benoit Hard Knocks for £6 in a shop today - about to watch it, never seen the docu before
