Do you learn things you didn't know about before immediately after taking the pill? For example I know nothing about trig so would the pill instantly give me the knowledge do do any trig problem?

Find cost effective ways to cure the sick, teach myself how to cook like a 5 star chef, excel in my career. I would study the Universe and hopefully invent ways to help man explore space on an interstellar scale

but the problem is that when you cure a lot of diseases less people die. so more people are on this planet. what do you think will happen in 50 years? if i would cure diseases i would need to restart everything. i would try to find a way to take away all the modern technology.

But one would expect quality of life to keep improving for these people. Otherwise we end up with Elysium and the Earth is eventually drained of all its resources and only a priviledged few will be living like high rollers. Again, it's just a matter of constantly making strides and balancing the resources, which can happen with technological breakthroughs.
