Do you learn things you didn't know about before immediately after taking the pill? For example I know nothing about trig so would the pill instantly give me the knowledge do do any trig problem?

i would help people.
but the problem is that when you cure a lot of diseases less people die. so more people are on this planet. what do you think will happen in 50 years? if i would cure diseases i would need to restart everything. i would try to find a way to take away all the modern technology.
Easy, stop having kids. With better medicine and healthcare, there is less of a need for children to support their parents. People will simply stop having kids and the population will level at some point.
Children are one of the few thing that give the poor masses purpose and somewhat enriched lives.
They're not going to stop having children unless you fill their inner-void with something else.
