Yes, but if Seth gets over, he will easily be the top face, so unless Roman goes heel, their shoving of him is just not going to work imo.

Their shoving of him isn't working now, and he's supposed to be the lead hero on Raw. They're not going to stop trying just because Seth becomes more popular.

Roman's role on Raw is like Cory Monteith's on Glee, except the latter sold his wellness violation waaay better.

I don't think they will ever stop with Roman, but I think any chance of him being the top face on RAW would be dead for a good while if Seth leading the battle against HHH and Seth works out in terms of ratings an such, they might be forced to go with him, ala Bryan.

I like Seth Rollins but he's not going to change the ratings. None of these guys are.

I'm listening to Steve and Larson's podcast, and they bring up an interesting point. Seth doesn't really seem as intense as you'd expect for someone in his position.

Say hello to modern, wussy WWE. It happened with all the other babyfaces too.

I think it plays into his character a bit, but I also think it is because he is still around the belt. If he gets screwed this weekend, he is going to explode.

Well AJ won the title, and he ratings of SD went up. It must also be noted it isn't just the guys, but the booking as well.

What babyface besides maybe Ambrose typically displays anger when screwed in modern WWE? Not many.

So, tell me this... Miz is obviously a heel in the ring. But Bryan clearly is misusing his powers because he has a personal beef. So isn't that heelish too?

Misusing his power how? Also people love when the baddies get what they deserve.

I feel like that's what made Reign's reaction to getting screwed at the end of last year so great. When he just went nuts and beat up Triple H, it was great, especially for someone like him, because it made him look super strong. It got him over for a day, until they had him being the lame "cool surfer guy" the very next week.

But it's true, overall, none of the faces have any long lasting edge.

Becky, Zayn, Roman, Cena, Orton, Kane, and... Well I am sure there are others, but I can't think of them right now. It definitely doesn't last long and isn't as typical as it should be.

The tag division seems to be shaping up real well too.

The best thing to come off Gable's "injury" is it gave American Alpha the edge it was missing IMO, at least on the main roster. Today I could see WHY they're fighting and the match itself told a pretty good story. So props to the Usos too for that.
