Your most anticipated Movies for the rest of the year?

Black Swan -- this is generally getting rave early reviews, and it looks like Portman's career-best to date. I have a feeling the sex scene won't be the titillation many seem to expect.
The Tree of Life--looks like it might be coming out this year.
The Town--the trailers and TV spots on this thing just look terrific
Let Me In--director of Cloverfield, starring Chloe Moretz, looking more like The Ring in terms of remakes, rather than your typical remake.
Wall Street 2--I hope Carey Mulligan is more than just the Girlfriend in this, but Josh Brolin as a slimy bad guy. Yes, please.
Harry Potter 7--I have a feeling they'll screw this up the way (IMO) they did Half-Blood Prince, but we'll see.
Welcome to the Rileys--always nice to see Kristen Stewart in a non-Twilight role. She was terrific in Adventureland.

When I saw all of you guys posting "Black Swan", I thought to myself..."why?" But then I saw the trailer. Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis making out? Now I understand.

Aside from that , which I'm sure will be great , the movie looks really interesting and there is a decent fan base here for the director.

Chronicles of Narnia(read the books growing up and although I didn't care for Prince Caspian I never cared for that book either but liked the Dawn Treader).

Still not sure about Let Me In but i'll most likely catch it on home video. Mainly to see how it compares to the original.

Gotta say from what I've been hearing about Black Swan that film is probably the one I've got inked in.

1. The Town - Gone Baby, Gone was brilliant, and the cast is great.
2. Black Swan - looks freaky.
3. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 - of course.
4. Never Let Me Go - huge Knightley fan, and the book was very good.
5. Red - just looks fun.
6. The Social Network - I'm hoping that this will get Aaron Sorkin back on track, because I haven't loved anything he's done since he left The West Wing.

But with that said, clears throat Screw the True Grit remake and the Coen Brothers are wrong for trying.

I understand that it is not a direct remake, but a new adaptation. But some books are so iconically adapted, such as Gone with the Wind, The Godfather, Jaws, LA Confidential, To Kill a Mockingbird, etc. that another adaptation is not only unnecessary, but somewhat offensive. True Grit is one of those films.

I love the John Wayne movie but having not read the book I can't say whether another version is merited or not, any idea what those who have read it think?

It's probably bias, but I thought the Cohen Bro's said they were going to make a more faithful adaptation?

It could be false, I too have never read the book so I don't know. But I thought they said they wanted to be more so faithful to the source. So what that entails I do not know. But I guess we will find out int he coming months. t:

All I know is that the top two that I want to see the most are Buried and 127 hours. I hope those films keep you on the edge of your seat for the most part. Even though we know how 127 hours turns out it's all about how Boyle handles it.

For those two films I think i'm going to try to ignore the reviews until after i've seen them. The buried idea sounds great, don't think i've seen a film like that before and 127 hours should have some good drama to it as well...not to mention it looks beautiful.
