Let's talk about your favorite year for movies.

2004 was a pretty strong year: Spider-Man 2, The Aviator, Million Dollar Baby, Hotel Rwanda, Eternal Sunshine, Sideways, Ray, The Incredibles, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, The Terminal, Kinsey, School of Rock, Napoleon Dynamite, The Manchurian Candidate, The Forgotten, National Treasure.

But on the (very) bad side, The Day After Tomorrow, Troy, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Ocean's Twelve, Exorcist: The Beginning and Van Helsing.

I've watched 100 films released in 2017 and still have 77 more to go.

Probably 93

93 & 94 had some amazing films from my childhood..

The Lion King (Slightly overrated imo, but man this movie was a cultural phenomenon at the time)
Speed
The Sandlot
Jurassic Park
The Mask
Dumb & Dumber
Super Mario Bros (Well I liked it..)
Forrest Gump
The Shawshank Redemption
The Flintstones
Groundhog Day

2001 was a SOLID year, imo....Not too many big franchise films, but solid original movies, imo...

Training Day
Harry Potter (First One)
Memento
Donnie Darko
Blow
Ocean's Eleven
Moulin Rouge!
Black Hawk Down
A Beautiful Mind
Spirited Away
Shallow Hal

The Royal Tenenbaums
LOTR - Fellowship of the Ring
Shrek
Super Troopers
Enemy at the Gates
Hannibal
Bridget Jones's Diary
A Knight's Tale
The Fast and the Furious
Ali

You forgot Rat Race. One of my favorite comedies of all time.
