I'm a fan of the Titans from the Judas Contract era. I've always liked Powergirl not just for her looks but the fact that she was a strong personality unlike her Earth-1 Counterpart at the time. Batman rates up their mainly thanks to the Animated Series.

its a good list .. but i was shocked that 3 of the 5 dont have any powers..
and all of them are menn!
WonderWoman only got 31 points and even Hal, Kyle and Tim got more then that
