The fight of Clark vs Evil Supes is amazing, I love that.
I liked the plane rescue in SR but it's a little bit too long, that's why I prefer the scene when Supes rescue Lois and her family.

Good thread, MP. Here are some of mine based on the first 2 along with SR, since part 3 & 4 were too horrible for me to list. Not to mention they were too bad, that I don't remeber many of it anyway.
Superman: The Movie
Jor-El telling Superman about what happend to Krypton along with seeing Superman in his suit for the first time & he fly toward the camera. Beauitful scene there.
Superman losing it after finding Lois dead & he place her on the ground. You barely see Supes lose it like this & Reeve's performance was brilliant in that.
Ripping the shirt, showing the iconic "S" along with the Williams's music playing. 'Nuff Said.
The ending with Supes flying out of Earth & giving that smile. Can't go wrong with that.
Superman II
Superman floating in front of the window, demanding to meet Zod outside. Love that one.
Superman crushing Zod's hand, fooling him into thinking he lost his powers. And the iconic William's theme kick in. That one always give me goosebumps whenever I watch that scene.
Superman Returns
The beginning with the theme & the names showing. It feel like being a kid again watching what you seen before in the original films.
Superman saving the plane & landing it on the baseball stadium. While it does seem cheesy where he land it on, but it was heroic what he did.
Superman raising above the sun to regain his powers & using all of his will to save Metropolis from New Krypton.
The speech Supes gave to Jason at the end. Touching scene there & brilliant performance by Routh.

There are lots of great scenes in the Superman movies. Narrowing it down to five would be too difficult. My favorite ever though is in SII, towards the end. You start to hear a glimmer of the theme coming in, and you hear the gust of wind, and see the newspapers blow off from the guy's newstand. At that moment, you know: he's back!
Then he lands on the flagpole, and says "Excuse me General, would you care to step outside?"
This is great filmmaking, and really sums up how I see the character.

Easily my number one is Clark vs Superman in the junkyard. Whoever thought of that scene I give all my respect to. Something about it is just awesome to watch everytime.
Following that are, (in no order)
2. Depowered Clark fighting the trucker in the resturaunt.
I love these lines.
Clark: "Blood...my blood. I think maybe we ought to hire a bodyguard from now on."
Lois: "I don't want a bodyguard, I want the man I fell in love with."
Clark: "I know that Lois, I just wish he were here."
3. Zod, Ursa and Non destroying Metropolis with superbreath, but particularly when Supes climbs out from the bus that crushed him earlier and looking on. The music cue in that one spot is what makes the scene for me. I get chills.
4. The double jeopardy scene
5. General, would you care to step outside.

Sometimes, I queue up moments like these on DVD just to enjoy them for a few minutes. They still bring about the same chills and sense of 'something good' that they did when I first saw them; kinda like being a kid again. A couple of other heroes are higher on my list of favorites, but there's something specific about Superman that none of them can really touch.
