Moondragon (with mind gem)
Forge (well he could invent anything)
Iron Man (for the funding)
Captain America (to try and keep them together)
Spiderman (ummm...for the jokes)

Wow. You could cut that down to just Dr Strange, Sentry and Thor/Silver Surfer and they've already got any problem covered.
LoL you could call the team the holy trinity.

You throw in all the rest and it's just overkill. I'd prefer a team to at least have some trouble dealing with some of their enemies. Better conflict makes for better stories.
