The HYPE's CONTIGENCY PLAN against MARVEL characters

How about Venom???

Ok he's strong, agile and violently metamorphic so subduing him is gonna be a issue. I'd use similiar tactics I used on Spidey but with more flash/bang grenades and other sonic based weaponry, the suppression fire used would only be to distract him and get him into a corner limit his space.

Phosurphos grenades and napalm would be used to burn him alive, essentially melt him like a candle.

Seems like Invisible Woman's shields can block out a variety of different things, even intangible things including sound and temperature.

But I wonder...can her shields affect people whose power is to phase, like Kitty Pryde and Vision? If not, then just send one of them in to eliminate her. One of them could phase right through her shields, right through her body, and then stop her heart.

The only problem is if she turns invisible. Well then, bring a telepath; a telepath could sense where she is even if she is invisible, and then show the phaser in exact telepathic detail just what he or she is "seeing" with her mind.

But then again, if you have a telepath at all in the first place then why not just have them zap her mind? Most but the most telepathically-resistant individuals in the Marvel universe could be taken out like so.

Well if Suzy knows that someone is trying to kill her (and since this version of her is a threat to mankind) I'm assuming that she'd be invisible a lot and anyone that came too close would have an invisible spike rammed through their brain. The only way I think a telepath could get her is if they were powerful enough to do it from a great distance, like Professor utilizing Cerebro.

Not if you have Kitty Pryde and Emma Frost working in unison. Kitty grabs Emma and makes her intangible so that Sue can't hurt them. Emma tells Kitty exactly where Sue is and even throws in a few mental whammys on Sue to keep her disoriented. Kitty puts herself into Sue (VISUAL!!!!!) and does her work.

I LOVE the idea of this, you know who in the comics would actually have this is Nick Fury.

That would be a cool mini series. "Nick Fury: SHEILD's CONTIGENCY Plan"

It could be about Fury's plan for taking down, or put down perminantly, each and possibly all Marvel heroes.
Each story would be about how SHEILd, or Nick himself, would perimantly stop a hero or heroes if they are easy enough. It could sort of read like a well thought out plan or a simulation.

So we can see how Nick, or SHEILd, would take down Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine, Charles Xavier, Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and so on.

But because its just their plan, a blueprint, it hasn't actually happened.

I'd like to see that.

Venom?

A squadron of guys with Flame Throwers.

I would think that would work better against Carnage.

But we can't use other super powers, only real life stuff.

Any way:

Invisible Woman: Trap her via a lure or something, and then use gas. She would have to eventually drop her sheilds to allow some oxygen to come through, then BAMM!

Dock Ock: Bullets would really do the job.

Venom: Flashbang grenade, or a firewall surrounded by sonics.

Vibranium bullets just like Spymaster was planning to usein the last issue of IM.
vibranium doesn't exist on earth.

Iceman

remember he can exist and travel at rapid speeds in vapour form, incase you simply wish to melt him.

Drop him in a volcano after having tempted him onboard with a couple hot females or use the said females to poison him.

he wouldn't die, merely change to his state of matter to a vapour based source.

But if he is envolopped in an overheated area and unable to escape, he can cause no harm.

But of course, I think poison would work better.

ok then how about Iron Man. A much difficult choice for any of us.

Much more difficult. But apparently electron scramblers work against him, and extremely high end EMP's as well. (Though the EMP shouldn't work.)

Best choice is to employ field dampening devices (why I can't think of the name at the moment I can't tell) where all they do is literally "confuse" electrical energy around them, rendering most things useless. It would drain tons of his power (despite the fact the machine itself takes TONS), and would eventually leave him suseptible to conventional weaponry. Though if you don't want to drain the eastern seaboard, conventional weaponry in large quantities SHOULD do it.

Actually, I don't think that Sue's fields are contingent on her being physical herself. They're just concussion force fields, nothing really all that fancy or simple.

This one is sort of easy. Electrolysis, followed by high heat, followed by a large explosion for pressure purposes.

Water is one of the most fundamental things on Earth, if we haven't learned how to really mess with it, I'd be fairly dissapointed in us.

I think the gastro-intestinal effects of a black-bean and tofu burrito can pretty much stun or maim any supervillan that wants to try to take over the world.:oldrazz:

depends on the character really, silver surfer would kill us all. thor would aswell.

Most X-men are easy enough to deal with. Spidey is killable. Hulk would be permanantly unconscoius. ironman would get beats, screw up his tech using Chaff, then melt him.

The topic is about application of things in the real world, not the comic world. Vibranium is a metal that only exists on the comic book version of Earth. There is no actual periodic element in the real world that is named 'vibranium'. Thus, saying vibranium bullets should be used is useless in the parameters of this thread.

Ohhhh.

I missed that. Which is dumb of me, since it was in the first post:O.

In which case...

...hmm.

I can't really think of anything that would take down Sue. Sue's shields can be penetrated or shattered with enough force, but considering the things she's held back in the comics, I can't think of any real life thing with enough force.

The problem is the limited view in trying to take her down.

Oh. I always was bad at following directions.
