YouTube account hacked/pr0n uploaded

So this happened to me and as a result my account was terminated. I have a whole bunch of theories ranging from 'someone got my details from the PSN hack' to 'my brother did it as revenge for not lending him my Family Guy DVDs'.

Is there a way of finding out where a video was uploaded, etc.

you mean like ip address? other than emailing Youtube and trying to talk to their people, I really don't know.
