YouTube HELP!!!

Is YouTube under maintenence or something because everytime I load a video up on there it has that Abobe Flash Player 9 Message, I've got the latest one downloaded, althought embed videos on here & other websites work just not The direct video on the site... help

I believe theyre updating theyre site, not sire though, but they changed the look on the vid players.

since this is youtube help and i dont want to start another thread. How do i get the "watch in HD quality" option for my videos? do i need to upload the video in specific format or something?

I think it does it auto style mine do anyway i dont do anything diffrent

hmmm, for all your videos or just some. ive tried uploading all different types of formats and i never get that.

I upload mine in FLV format so when i have the avi file, i transfer it to flv with SuperC, as youtube uses flv anyway, maybe it has something to do with that?
