Youtube Issues

Im currently running Mozilla on a Windows computer.

A few weeks ago I started to have issues with youtube videos. The image plays fine, but it changes size constantly within the space the video normally plays. This wasnt so much of an issue though, because by hovering the mouse over the video, the jumping would stop. However, with the latest flash update my mouse trick has stopped working altogether.

Can anyone offer advice or help please?

I used mozilla for a while and it was always crashing on me.
So I changed to Opera instead and had no troubles with it at all.
