With all of the magic in this last season. I wish it would have led to the introduction of Zatanna. She did appear on Smallville a few times...

Zatanna makes perfect sense to introduce! One of my favorite characters in the DCU I'm honestly pretty shocked they didn't take advantage of the magic theme of this season to bring her in

Not sure, but Hub City is the Question's town. Zatanna would have made sense if they could have gotten Serinda Swan or maybe Eliza Dushku.

Her name wasn't Zatanna, that's all I know. Now maybe she was using a fake name and will return. Otherwise, I think the best explanation is maybe they don't want to waste Zatanna on such a bit role in case they bring her in later (if not on this show, then on another).
