🇷🇺🇺🇦 Discussion: Relations with Russia and the war in Ukraine

Since the initial invasion and the option of taking all of Ukraine didn’t go to plan, Putin’s Russia will settle with the second best outcome, East Ukraine, by carving the country in 2 right at the Dnipro river that goes all the way from north to south. They want to turn this into the European Koreas.

Now will Trump’s US agree to that? He’s already tried to throw Ukraine several times under the bus so he’s likely to continue to try and do just that to give something in return to Putin for all the favors he got previously. Ukraine is ****ed if the Europeans don’t help it stand against this dirty deal. End the war? Yes. But never at the expense of Ukraine and European security.

It'd also be foolishly naive to pretend Putin would want to stop at just carving out a piece of Ukraine.

Who is Trump to tell Ukraine what they should do? I wouldn't agree either.
