Are you using clay sculptures as molds? Perhaps the odd wood one?
Also are you using vacu-forming?
Guessing that you used polystyrene for the end product?

Progress on the Stark Armor
Here is some more photos. The helmet you se it destroyed. I was not satisfied with it and we cut it up and are now in progress of making a new one. I will show the difference once this project is done.

dude that was totally awesome! that is a very cool opening credit for ironman eminds me of spiderman3 opening except this is more hi-tech cool! Keep up the good work!
