    Every time I call the number, they ask me to leave a numeric message at the tone.

    So, I leave them my number and someone will get back to me?

    I've always got some sort of automated response system that took me to customer service. I've never had to leave a message. :confused:

    Ugh...I've been trying to get through to this number for weeks now and I can never get through. I'll just e-mail them up and hopefully they'll respond.
