HI GUYS, I SEE YOU ALL LOVED THE MOVIE!!! SERIOUSLY THOUGH I JUST GOT BACK FROM SEEING IT AND IT WAS FUN!!! wow I love Roland Emmerich's films. Yes even the crap Godzilla had some exciting and entertaining stuff.

But this movie just plain sucked balls. This was so bad that it made jumper look like a great movie and I didn't like jumper that much. For me jumper was a 5/10 movie.

The acting in this movie was horrible, the story flat out sucked and the CGI was the worst i have ever seen. I am extremely dissapointed. Easily Roland Emmerich's worst movie. 2/10

I'm excited . The sabretooth looks real . Someone in a review i read made a wise crack about everyone human in the movie having perfect teeth but I will ignore it . My response to that gentlemen is , who has time to observe such details ?. Pay attention to the special effects sir, damn you.

I'm obsessed with teeth and hands, so I notice all the time.

Overall, the SFX were very well done, especially with the mammoths.

But, the film just leaves such a bad taste in your mouth, especially in the ending. But it's a lot of other things too, I guess that sort of takes you out of the film that is supposed to be set around 12,000 years ago. They should've just tried to give the movie a different name because historians are going to pull their hair out trying to sit through so many historical inaccuracies thrown into a prehistoric timepiece for the sake of action sequences.

I just felt like there were too many "uh,..what was that about?" scenes to the point where you knew when and why something else random was going to occur.

So, this movie is nothing but entertainment disguised as something so much more, but it's not. It's a random movie about the same old stuff, but with a few new tricks that just doesn't save the movie from itself.

I'd say, wait for the DVD if you can't sneak in for free.

The new TDK trailer was just a rumor and a big one. It was a rumor that started with a misinformation. There was no new trailer confirmed. It was just spread across that a trailer was attached, but it was just the IAL from last year.

and yeah, some places got the new Iron Man trailer, some people didn't. It's not attached on all prints. Only the Speed Racer and Wanted trailers should be on all prints.

and yeah, they should've done something with the actors' teeth and facial hair. I mean, 12,000 years ago? Their teeth were way too clean.

Just came back from seeing this. I'd give it maybe a 3 or 4 out of 10. This movie was like the disfigured love child of Apocalypto and 300.

Holy ****, this movie was bad. There aren't a whole lot of big budget movies that can dip to MST3K levels of bad, but this is one of them. It was that bad. I've never heard an audience really react at all after a film. There was booing after this movie ended.

That is going to be a big problem . I don't usually worry about sfx but sometimes it does hurt the movie.

I went to go see Semi Pro with some friends, but we arrived too late and missed the first 20 minutes of the movie, so we saw 10,000 BC because it was playing at the time we got there.

WOW, what a terrible movie. The special effects looked terribly fake. I'm talking everything, the movie looked like Space Jam, half cartoon-half real. I don't understand how anyone thinks they were good. On top of that, the acting (if you can call it that) and the story were so bad that the film became a JOKE. It was funny! I felt like I was watching a spoof.

One more thing...85% of the movie is just people walking in the snow, in the sand, in the jungle. Don't waste your money on this.

Really? Never heard this anywhere... the guy stinks anyhow... Independence Day was probably his effort as sad as that is... and I don't even give him credit considering he had a dynamite cast in terms of box office draws...

One of the most unremarkable movies ever made. From story to cast to special effects, it is completely bland. The pacing and lack of activity was also quite maddening. Silly alleged mysticism aside, all the movie consists of is a lot of marching by either captured slaves or by a growing rescue party. There really is no action save for an attack by giant Dodo birds and a brief battle to end the film. Two horrible looking mammoth stampedes hardly qualifies as action or entertainment and neither does this film.
