This movie was good. Not great. But good. It was enjoyable and provided an entertaining movie going experience.

I don't know why you make such a big deal if this. Just as people recommend a movie to others when they like it, it's common to tell people to steer clear of a movie when it sucks. This is common courtesy. No one's trying to control the human race as you say.

The narration in the movie was so bad. Every time there was a shot of them walking across some mountains, the narrator would say "and they crossed the mountains...". NO S**T, WE'RE WATCHING THEM DO IT!

When a moviegoer cites the highlights of the film were a girl and people with dreadlock hairstyles you really can't have hope for the film.

The Day After Tomorrow director Roland Emmerich has settled on his next project, 10,000 B.C. Basically doing exactly what it says on the tin, the film will centre on a 21-year-old man member of a pre-historic tribe migrating through their homeland and slaughtering mammoth.

The script was co-written by Emmerich and his composer on Day After Tomorrow, Harald Kloser. Emmerich is looking for an unknown to play the lead (got a beard? Excess body hair? You could be famous!) and will begin casting later this month, with filming due to start in Africa in February.

They go all-out on mediocre CGI throughout the entire film, and then they get cheap on us? They slapped a goddamn photograph behind the actors.

honestly, i can't believe anyone who can say that 'date movie' and 'epic movie' were enjoyable. they're genuinely bad and I'm not judging your friend, but I'm sure he/she is not the most cultured person out there.

I haven't read the other pages yet, but IMO you could see this was going to be as stinker.

They're very nice. But what is actually happening? Nothing? Okay.

I wouldn't even be interested enough to watch this on TV.

Just bad, very bad. I could make a whole list about what I didnt like about the movie I had expected atleast a little bit more but the plot was lame, no character devolepment,very predictable. Even the CGI wasnt that spectucalar okay I admit the mamots were good but that was about the only good thing about the movie. (Glad that I downloaded it and that i didnt spent a couple bucks to see the movie at the cinema)
