OK, no court should have jurisdiction to stop a parent punishing their child, he wasn't do anything wrong

The girl had taken her father to Quebec Superior Court after he refused to allow her to go on a school trip for chatting on websites he tried to block, and then posting "inappropriate" pictures of herself online using a friend's computer.

That proves the brat needs discipline

My only hope is that my oldest daughter and my neices don't catch wind of this. My 10 year-old is such a drama queen, she might get some crazy ideas from this, but... My brother-in-law and his wife are constantly fighting with their 15 year-old over her MySpace page. I can only imagine their recation if one day a lawyer shows up and serves them with a summons.

I have two of them, one's 10, the other 8 months. Luckily the baby can't get herself into too much trouble, yet, but her sister is a handfull. Just total drama queen.

I grounded my daughter from her Choral trip to Dollywood because she did not bring home A's and B's as agreed in her four core classes. She also can't get her driver's permit, license or a job unless she meets this requirement.

But you know what? During this last quarter of 10th grade, she brought home all A's and B's ... so it worked.

I guess that makes me a bastard father who should be dragged into court...

This is yet another reason out of many why I will not have kids.

I would rather get old and not have kids to take care of me in the future then have kids in this PC/Liberal day and age where they try to shove their views on everyone...like disciplining your child to teach them some respect and humility is outright abuse.
