Chinese. Chicken with Broccoli and plain white rice. THE best.

If someone gave you a check for 10k, what would you spend it on specifically?
Hmm....probably save about 8500 in my account, 1000 goes toward my credit card bills, and 500 for games and DVDs

Probably any of the Justice League comics. I just love JLA with a passion.

Maintaining my health and exercise regimen. I will not allow myself to slack off in this department under any cirumstances.

Both, however I don't coerce my habits onto others (I don't think many would want it anyway). I just try to give people proper guidance so he/she can make better decisions about health.

What's one piece of advice you
could give to those trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle?

I could give a laundry list of advice, but the most important things I would say are:
- Try to get roughly 6-7 hours of exercise per week (spreading it out to 1 hour per day would be ideal).
- Research healthier dieting, such as maintaining a good balance of Fat, Carbohydrates, and Protein.

Im not too sure what my state offers that others don't but umm.. I suppose it's the relatively easy access to NYC.
