The movie Hackers. Matthew Lillard's character's screenname. the 182 is from Blink 182. Used to be a huge fan, and I tacked it on to a bunch of screennames (e-mail, IMs) but now I avoid using numbers.

what's an obstacle you've overcome or a significant event in your life that has impacted you greatly?

I was on the crew team in highschool. Theres 8 men to a boat and there is 9 men with seniority. I was always odd man out until senior year when I worked my ass of to get into the varsity boat. It has set the tone for the way I approach every problem now.
