yes, and personally i think the higer power is more like Man then we would like to think
i belive hes both the wrathful hard ass that is in the Old testament, but he can show the qualities of love and affection that hes known for in the new testament. therefore, being more like man then any christian will admit. hes actually rather more like a man with unlimited unstoppable power then an imperfect god. he makes choices and there are consequences for even his actions. he put the tree of knowldge inthe garden, he didnt stop anyone from eating it. he didnt kill/destroy lucifer and therefore stop evil, so to a point, what one might blame on man, its god's faultCare to elaborate? I tend to think He's not the wrathful, uptight, humorless, constantly-wagging-His-finger-in-disapproval tyrant that we were taught to fear as kids. Nor do I believe that He put us here, knowing we're flawed, and expects perfection out of us. Or that He's as Pacino described Him in "Devil's Advocate": "An absentee landlord (who) gives Man instincts and...for His own amusement...sets the rules in opposition".
