Venom or Spidey?

Spidey. Venom is becoming :

A) WAY to powerful.
B) Over-exposed.
C) Overrated. Goblin is Spider-Man's best foe ever, not Venom.
D) and a tad lame if I may say so...it seems marvel just doesn't know what to do with him anymore....

even as a venom fan, I think he got enough in SM3.
