I actually agree with you on that. First for everything I guess.

Sad.............Equint77 said:I'm not worried... the teams struggling with the new system... and as anyone watching noticed.. Crawford had a better game starting than coming off the bench. Q needs to hit some shots... he's slumping... Steph is still adjusting to the changes in his play and it's kinda weird watching him miss free throws. No one said it was gonna be easy but it's still a long season.
LOL.. I'm still optimistic.
I blame Brown's confusion with the rotation as much as their free throw shooting. JC was hitting his shots in the 3rd and got yanked for no reason.. he could have milked him until he stopped hitting his jumpers. When he puts the 3 rookies and Ariza.. yeah they make some mistakes but good things happen.... as they showed against GS and during stretches against the Blazers. What the Knicks need to do is dump Malik Rose or put him on the IL for the season. He's garbage and everytime they sub him in they just look lost.

Yeah I doubt that, we were supposed to lose last night. If we were going to lose a game, it woulda been to Phoenix. We're playing Portland tonight, so we'll see. I hope they dont lose. 6-0 sounds a lot better then 5-1Milkman95 said:Detroit is the only undefeated team in the league now - they beat Phoenix last night for a 5-0 start............I'm sure they'll drop their next game.......
Man oh man, like I said... 6-0 sounds damn good. Portland got smoked in the last couple minutes. Detroit is clearly a 4th quarter team. It usually comes down to the stretch, but when thats the case... Pistons will almost always come out with the win.Cold2daToucH004 said:Yeah I doubt that, we were supposed to lose last night. It's Brown who is demanding it. Peter Vecey was on ESPN radio yesterday morning and he said Brown is wanting to completely re-vamp the locker room again...LMAO, he isn't liking the type of players he has.Equint77 said:that's just plain stupid to deal steph, especially this early in the season..... I love Zeke but he has to stop with these trades... all this moving around will never allow the team to stablize.
Meh, lol...that's not saying much. Yao actually is still a weak sh1t. He just doesn't have that physical or mental toughnes.. especially for being 7'5"..he should be averaging close to 30 a game, EASILY. Yao is never going to be a dominate player. Just a really good player. He isn't a pitbull, he doesn't have that tough mental psyche. He looked weak out against the Heat, and was visibly tired playing against and old and weary Alonzo Mourning. His pathetic butt scored like 4 points in the last 10 minutes of the game... that is pathetic. Especially when he is the team's main option now that T-Mac is out.The Riddler said:the rockets need some time to get together, and most importantly they need t-mac.
with that said, yao is one of, if not the best center in the league now.
just because he's 7 foot 6 inches tall doesn't mean he'll drop 30 on you every night.Nuk Nukk said:Meh, lol...that's not saying much. Yao actually is still a weak sh1t. No, he definetely should..especiLLY A 7'6" man w/ his skill level. There is no excuse...as Charles Barkely said. Especially with McGrady being out, and the entire offense running through him.The Riddler said:just because he's 7 foot 6 inches tall doesn't mean he'll drop 30 on you every night.
Anyone is capable of scoring 30. I meant doing it on a consistent basis.he's clearly capable of it
Because he couldn't get into position because he is weak and out of shape.and the reason he only scored 4 pts. late in the game was because he didn't have the ball in his hand, quite simply.
I know they're different...that's why I mentioned both. Did you not see Yao get dominated by Shawn Bradely in the playoffs? lol.. If he had a strong mind fram and mentality it would be more aggressive and focused. Yao is weak mentally compared to other players.also, he does need to work on his stamina, and he never will be an agressive player, but he IS mentally tough. those two things are very different.
Yeah, but a) games aren't won on stat sheets and b) that doesn't tell the whole story. He has 16 points in the first half, then only 4 in the second half and none during crutial stretches where they need buckets to win the game. A decent stat sheet is nothing. Many players can give you that or better. Hell, Elton Brand does better numbers than that on average.20 pts., 10 boards, 3 block shots per game is good stat sheet.
That's called potential. He doesn't have the toughness to be dominate. He is weak and fragile. No mean streak in him, and to be a great one you have to play mean.he CAN be a dominate center, because he's shown flashes of dominating the offensive side of the ball
Most of that ties into mental toughness. Having the ability to get yourself in proper shape to play the whole game? mental toughness... Shoot more shots? Agressivness that stems from character makeup and you guessed it mental toughness. etc. etc. Yao will always remain a good player. he will NEVER be in the elites with the Hakeems, Shaqs, Chamberlains, Ewings etc.but he has to play more minutes, shoot more shots and develop better instincts on the court.

They are playing bad now, imagine if they revamp this team through out the season. That pick the Bulls got from them is getting higher and higher. Not to mention Sweetney is actually playing better than Curry did here.![]()
Curry is still weak as hell. Just look at the rebounding averages... and just for a word of advice, Curry wil NEVER be in shape. Trust me. I watched him for the past 4-5 years. Ontop of that he was with the Bulls, who have the most demanding and upscale training process to get in shape in the entire League..and Curry still never cut it. I mean I would love for the kid to have a good career, but he just doesn't have any work ethic to be anything more than an average player.Equint77 said:Well I'm happy with what Curry has done so far.. sure he's had his bad moments but he's picked up his free throw % and he's getting in better shape game by game.
This won't happen to often...JC played under control.
Possibly, but we have to see if they keep it up...which looks doubtful.I'm soooo hoping last night was a step forward cause they played really well. Amazingly their defense has been solid and their offense is the one needing improvement.
