This is what I find particularly amusing about this--practically every comic related blog or online news outlet I look at which has the "Year of Spider-Man in 2010" images--including Wired Magazine--all mistakenly think Peter is kissing MJ in that image despite the woman in question clearly wearing glasses. Which to me speaks volumes about just how ingrained MJ as the love of Peter's life has become in popular culture even after One More Day, and that, despite after being in the comics for two years now, just what an underdeveloped cipher Carlie Cooper really is.

And oh yeah, I think Peter is definitely reaching out to Mary Jane in her wedding dress. Perhaps as a clue that Marvel will FINALLY follow-up on One More Day? Maybe? I mean, you'd think they'd have gotten to it well before now at any rate.

Defenitely a possibility, Joker. Afterall, didn't they say ASm 600 wasn't the end of Ock? I hope that's what this means because trust me, Ock is more dangerous than ever now.
