So the 2014 FIFA World Cup is coming up. Who is everyone cheering for? What players are you excited/not excited to see? Who do you want to see lose?

Well, I support the other African nations as well ... call it African or 3rd world solidarity


But I dont get those people who are not Spanish or Brazilians and root for those teams in the WC ....heck they even wear their jerseys.... really ? ****ing bandwagonners

I would that Spain lost, as he lost in the final of the Confederations Cup. I am Brazilian, and honestly, I liked to see Spain losing to the Brazilian team that was not even full.

Of course we'll cheer for Brazil win the 2014 World Cup, but if Brazil does not win, I cheer for a team from Africa.

why wouldn't you cheer for Nicaragua? I would cheer for them if my family is from Nicaragua. I could be from Belize and I would cheer for Belize even if they suck

I'll probably be cheering for Brazil and Argentina. I usually go for the South American teams first.

There may be a slight interest in my home country England, but there seems little point. Even far into the future in Star Trek: Enterprise, Captain Jonathan Archer said to Malcolm Reed: "I hear that England won the World Cup in 1966."

My country isnt a soccer playing country so we dont even dream about making any world cup lol, so i always tend to support by fellow latin american countries. From the other side of the pond i support Spain. But i dont really have a die hard loyalty to any country in particular.
