And what about him sitting at home instead of playing football means that isn't gonna happen? His missing games is his fault either way. But as long as he is getting paid, there is nothing for him to cry about in regards to his employment. It is standard business practices is many an organization.
And if there is no testimony, how did they get these quotes?

And explain this...

Maybe I am confused, but that doesn't sound like 10 mins too me. It also shows that Holder showed up and testified. So did Hardy.
DoomsdayApex, it is almost like you are making things up to defend him at this point.
10 hours??????
J. Person tweeted out that the bench trial lasted about an hour at the most on 'verdict' day. Unless he combined the previous meetings (three in total, I believe), I don't see how it lasted ten hours. Hardy and his team weren't in the court grounds past two hours. In fact, check out Voth's tweets on that day (stated: "In and out").
The point remains, the Black and Blue Review (Voth's site) specifically said that Holder did not attend several court meetings. Maybe I missed the part where Holder did testify but that doesn't take away the fact that her story has holes and inconsistencies, she's hired attorney after attorney, refused to release the rest of the photographic evidence of her 'bruising', why she fled the scene instead of seeking help from the approaching officer, why she was high on coke when this beating transpired, etc.
It's not open and shut as you perceive to be. Holder's current legal team didn't take it well when Hardy demanded an appeal and a jury trial.
